I went in to rent a polestar 2 and upon reviving the vehicle it had leaves in the back seat and cup holder, outside was dirty, and was left with 13% battery, wasn’t checked or cleaned from what I can tell then a month after returning I’m still receiving rental charges and when i called they stated that if they’d like they can “charge you whenever they want even if it’s years out” such a frustrating experience.

The absolute worst, didn't have my vehicle ready multiple times. had to get a different one at extra cost with vomit in the back and junk food and trash under the seats AFTER it was supposedly cleaned. I had to take it myself to their cleaners to get it detailed andthey STILL MISSED THE TRASH UNDER THE SEATS. They charged me twice for the same rental and was told they can't do anything about it. Was hung up on after and now no calls are being answered and when they are I'm left on hold indefinitely This is absolutely insane. DO NOT COME HERE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE WOMAN THAT WORKS HERE.

Very long waiting time! Had to wait more than 1 hr to get o talk to someone. After talking to her , had to wait another 2 hrsSame for drop off!

Made a reservation online for pickup at 12pm on a Saturday. Showed up just prior to our scheduled pickup time and the office was locked, lights out and not an employee in site.

Poor customer service. Complete lack of empathy. Reserved a vehicle days in advance. Arrived and they said no vehicle was available for what I reserved. They did not provide me an alternative vehicle at the price I reserved.

Rent a car from any other company! I rented a car on a summer trip, the company billed me for a parking fee for the customer who rented the car AFTER I'd turned in the car, a week afterwards. When I tried to call, couldn't get through so I emailed them, I was told that it is my fee and that my deposit of $200 wasn't returned either due to damage. This was a lie, there was no damage. Then, they didn't respond after I informed them that I have the turn in receipt. Card still charged. Lesson learned. They are a dishonest company. Go to a different car rental.

Got a perfect mini van for this summer vacation with my family. I needed to return at a different location due to schedule changes. Dexter was super helpful and helped me change the reservation with no surprise charges. Highly recommend.

Car we received smelled of cigarettes, had trash inside and vehicle handled poorly. The year is 2023 for this review and we got a 2020 VW Tiguan, worst car to rent.

Horrible experience! The SUV we rented was old and the gas tank was practically empty. On top of that the oil change necessary light was on and the air bag light was also on. We had no choice but to go to Hertz because our car was being fixed. While I was waiting another customer was returning his car early because there were issues with his car. From what I overheard the manager had said he would be reimbursed but the clerk said he has to call and request a reimbursement and it was not guaranteed. I definitely would NOT recommend this place.
