Worst customer service I ever had no smile. No eye contact .when she spoke to me she was looking at her computer all the time plus they gave me electric car had to find stations .then they didn't work next one I stayed in line for 2 hrs

Very difficult experience. I understand that off-airport locations can be underresourced, but the level of friction and inflexibility at this branch was a new low.

This is absolutely ridiculous , this hertz has gave me such a hard time! I've been here waiting for for a car I reserved for over in hour, I ask to speak with a manager the manager refused to speak with me. I ask the agent how long with it take to give me the car and she said she doesn't know. Every Spanish person is being help accept me. I'm literally just standing here I called my insurance agent and she said hertz is known for this there very difficult and they are very unprofessional . Avoid this place especially if you're non-Hispanic.
Update received the car 2 hours and 15 min later , the car was filthy and it only had a 23% charge. On the contract she wrote it was 5/8 charged. This rental location needs to remove everyone of these morning employees… you don’t care about customers.. I wished I would of looked up your reviews before I agreed to use my insurance service there but I did it after and I see why you have 2 stars and so many bad reviews.. your customer service is the worst… I will never do business with your company again or at least this type of location.

Left me hanging twice! I was behind on payment. That’s my bad. Both times the car left me stranded they failed to help me Left me stranded in San Diego. Battery died. They said NOPE! Sorry it’s out cat but we can’t help you So I came out of pocket. $72. Did not get that refunded. 2nd time 405 fwy and Santa Monica blvd. Friday evening. Tire blows out with clients in the vehicle. Again. NOPE. Not gonna help even tho it’s their car. So I sat on the exit of the fwy for 4 hours before a tow truck came to help me. I again came out of pocket $150.00 for a tow. Another $550.00 for 2 new rear tires for their car which I also had to eat. Because again. They failed to help me. After all that. They billed me idk why but $2700 was billed to my acct. so about $3400 lost They didn’t even offer to work something out or anything. Then sent me walking away Very very unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO HERTZ PICO RIVERA!!

I advise do not rent with them, I had a bad customer service experience here at this branch, they charged me double now for the refund I am running behind them since more then a month. The area manager Mr. Andrew is the most unprofessional person, I went to meet him after waiting for two hours he denied to meet me and the representative at counter ask me leave and said that Andrew had your number he will call you, also I sent email to Andrew and other persons but Andrew never reply to me. If any concern person read this message kindly contact me to solve this issue.

I went in to rent a polestar 2 and upon reviving the vehicle it had leaves in the back seat and cup holder, outside was dirty, and was left with 13% battery, wasn’t checked or cleaned from what I can tell then a month after returning I’m still receiving rental charges and when i called they stated that if they’d like they can “charge you whenever they want even if it’s years out” such a frustrating experience.

The absolute worst, didn't have my vehicle ready multiple times. had to get a different one at extra cost with vomit in the back and junk food and trash under the seats AFTER it was supposedly cleaned. I had to take it myself to their cleaners to get it detailed andthey STILL MISSED THE TRASH UNDER THE SEATS. They charged me twice for the same rental and was told they can't do anything about it. Was hung up on after and now no calls are being answered and when they are I'm left on hold indefinitely This is absolutely insane. DO NOT COME HERE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE WOMAN THAT WORKS HERE.

Made a reservation online for pickup at 12pm on a Saturday. Showed up just prior to our scheduled pickup time and the office was locked, lights out and not an employee in site.

This is a rubbish company. I ordered a Tesla and the store told me it was not available and then asked me to pay extra to order another one. They just used a fake Tesla to trick you into paying online.

Poor customer service. Complete lack of empathy. Reserved a vehicle days in advance. Arrived and they said no vehicle was available for what I reserved. They did not provide me an alternative vehicle at the price I reserved.

Rent a car from any other company! I rented a car on a summer trip, the company billed me for a parking fee for the customer who rented the car AFTER I'd turned in the car, a week afterwards. When I tried to call, couldn't get through so I emailed them, I was told that it is my fee and that my deposit of $200 wasn't returned either due to damage. This was a lie, there was no damage. Then, they didn't respond after I informed them that I have the turn in receipt. Card still charged. Lesson learned. They are a dishonest company. Go to a different car rental.
