The owners are pretty rude. The associates don't help you out. And the hours of operation are based on when the owner wants to close. Today is Sunday. On yelp and Google maps and the notice outside says open until 7:00 pm. We came here at 6:00 to do some light shopping. The fitting rooms close like an hour early I guess. So we were lucky to get a fitting room. I would recommend asking first if the fitting rooms are open so you can try on the clothes Their return policies are very strict so you're better off trying it and being sure than just taking it and not getting your money back since they only give store credit. As time got closer to 6:30, with no prior warning when we walked in at 6:00, you can just hear the owner saying that the registers and the store are closed. We ended up leaving with nothing.

I can't find anything to buy here, all they have are crop tops, I am not a plus size but these clothes are missing the bottom half of them

There is no customer service here. No greetings, no "can I help you with anything?", nothing. The one and only thing I was told by an employee was that my sale was final. No refunds, no exchanges, no store credit. I bought a bodysuit, which I understand should be final sale and a cute top. The words FINAL SALE sounded so Permanent. The manager/ owner is unfriendly and rude. Judging by the collage of photos of caught shoplifters displayed near the front entrance, she must not think too highly of her clientele. The right side of the store is filled with mostly small sizes, medium and large. No XL, which happens to be my size unfortunately. The left side is 1x, 2x, 3x and I believe they had 4x too. If you're looking for a cute top or dress to wear out, and don't mind paying shopping mall prices, then fashion Q is the place to go. Will I become a regular shopper here? Probably not, but I know where to go when I need something cute and quick and (final).

BE AWARE WHEN YOU BUY HERE! I purchased some pants and were too big on me so I decided to go exchange them, I had my receipt and they said they could not exchange because the pants didn't have the tags. The receipt states you have 14 days to exchange with the receipt but says nothing about the store tags. Well the worker and the manager did not honor their own exchange policy. Horrible experience here, I would not be recommending this place nor purchasing here anymore. Management and employees are very rude here.

This store sells plus sizes. Prices are cheap so know the clothes are not high quality. I was looking for specific items -Bolero sweater and long skirt. They didn’t have colors I wanted. I didn’t purchase anything. If your looking for great CS you’re out of luck. This is the second of five locations I visited in a week. I would return when needed

They say Plus Size, but Plus size in what country, am an XL, but had to get a 2X, and it was still tight in the arm area, false advertising.
