They lied and trick me they book me a car got the car ready and when I pulled up I seen the car out front but they told me they didn’t have any cars maybe cause I was going from a claim idk but this place got trickery if you not paying out pocket if you paying out then you probably be alright with them but watch out they tricky ??

I have rented from Enterprise in Pico Rivera several times in the last year. Most recently, Melvin, Jessica, and Kevin are the associates working at this location, and they have been a big help! They are warm, nice, and accommodating. I have had many good experiences with this Enterprise location!

Quickly got us in and out of the place due to a mechanical issue in our minivan. The manager was super nice and helpful. You can tell he has a great rapport with his employees. It is a bit tucked in and hard to find. Otherwise it did the job.

Overall a good process to rent and return a car! Picked up a car on a Monday for a trip to Fresno. Pick up took about 15 minutes which is understandable as it seems the cars may be kept elsewhere. My car was clean, a thorough inspection of the car was done with me, and I had a full tank of gas. Some small downsides: pretty small location so if it gets busy, the parking lot can be more full with more people waiting. I also like how National lefts you choose your own cars. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a rental. Friendly service!

The car they gave me was DIRTY even after they so called washed it when I returned it the young man that gave it to me said that they don't dry cars after they supposedly washed it.But they expect you to drive around in a DIRTY car . The Manager said she she personally inspected it. With her eyes closed
