This Dollar store needs much attention the moment you walk in, the store is in a disarray. Mounds of boxes in aisles and items not organized. It really is not appealing to come to this store. I'm sure they are understaffed but the management should schedule additional staff to clean up the store. This store is a turn off, I tend to go and drive 2 miles further down to a more cleaner and organized location. Sadly, I am not sure, if I will visit the store again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, we went to this store and it is very neglected, and to make our experience worse Isaiah the man in the photo DOES NOT know anything about models and respect for customers, he treated us very badly, I suggest you go somewhere else to avoid get upset with his arrogant attitude.

Was looking for a water hose in Ross and in Burlington, no luck. So I went to the Dollar Tree in Pico Rivera and it was still open. If you are looking for any Xmas decorations this Dollar Tree has it all. ??❄️⛄????️

RUDE RUDE RUDE employees. Dirty store, opened and dirty prodicts. Employee doing check out was very very rude slammed all of my products I'm guessing because I didn't have it it good order for her...never coming back to this location

The manager has no way of serving customers, the worst service, it made me feel bad, when I only asked to change some things that days before I had bought there and just for not bringing the receipt I shouted that they were company policies, when it is obvious that the things were from that store...Apart from that, everything is messy, there are two rows that you can't walk because of scattered things... I hope the supervisors do something, because with that deal I won't come back... my purchases were always more than 90 dollars.Pico Rivera

Employee followed me and my kids around. My kids items were falling down, so I put them in a dollar tree tote bag as always and the employee approach me and gave me a dirty look and said you’re not allow to do that. Shouldn’t have been rude about it. My kids got scared. Will be calling cooperate Monday morning.

Manager ruby r ,Lisa and Myra are amazing they always are so cheerful and helpful.the warm family like environment is a great feeling to enter after a rough day.they go above and beyond to help. Never disappoint to make my day
