I took my watch in only to replace my battery and received it with damages. Store did not mention any damages and hoped I wouldn't notice (Xavier & Elena). I reached out to Candy (district manager) said she was replacing the casing and backing. A month later I picked up the watch and only the backing was replaced. Now she's going behind her word and won't replace the casing. Stay away from this store.

I brought my watch in to have the battery replaced. I was met by Elena (manager) and Xavier (Sales -Not a jeweler. Learned this later). Xavier took the watch and stated he could not remove the backing. Said he would need to send the watch to the jeweler and it would take a week. A week later I returned for the watch and found damage to the backing and casing. None of this was mentioned by the store. I returned the watch and asked for the parts to be replaced, Candy (District manager said she'd replace all damaged parts. A month later I return for the watch and the casing is still scratched. Now Candy is stating she was never going to replace the casing. Claims I damaged it myself. You be the judge. Stay away from this store.

This store is the reason why I canceled my Daniel's account that I've had for years; and I've been to several stores up and down the coast (LA, OC ,SD, etc). This store has the absolute worst service of them all.I brought my favorite gold bracelet from Daniel's to this location to get fixed (every piece of jewelry I've bought from Daniel's I've purchased insurance for). With the insurance if they can't fix the bracelet they are to replace it with the same one if they have it in stock. After a couple weeks I called and they said my bracelet was ready to be picked up. I show up and guess what? The bracelet is still broken. I asked why they told me it was fixed and they said they made a mistake. So I drove all the way for nothing. Then Elena the manager tells me 'actually it can't be fixed by our repair guy so we will send it to corporate'. More weeks go by for them to tell me they couldn't fix it. They had the same one in the store so I asked them to replace it and they said we can't do that but you can trade it in for something else like a better purchase meaning they want me to spend more money. I didn't agree.So they forward me to Kandi (district manager) who tells me 'idk what you did but you broke it'. Hmm obviously girl that's why I have insurance lol so she's blaming me for breaking it & that's why they can't fix it. THEN she tells me, get this part 'the bracelet is just really cheap, not a good bracelet, you're better off purchasing a new one' LMAO. I couldn't believe she was telling me all this. So unprofessional, and you guys sold me the 'cheap' bracelet. It wasn't cheap when I gave you guys 1k for it though. So I just asked her to replace it with the same one cuz they had it in the store and she said no they can only do a store credit- basically just trying to get me to spend more money. I said F this and just left the bracelet at the store. I don't need their 'cheap' merchandise or disgusting service. If you decide to purchase from Daniel's avoid this location and don't even bother purchasing the good for nothing insurance. I canceled my account and never looked back. Thanks Elena and Kandi for your 'help'. You can keep my cheap 1k $ bracelet :)

Came here to buy my momA birthday gift so I looked around, asked questions but I ALSO let them know where I was at financially. Yes they were pretty informative but can fusing at the same time. Xavier and Elena were the ones who "helped" me. They made some things sound better than they made sense (in my opinion) I specifically told them that I did not want to pay 4K or more for a gift since my moms 60th is next year so I would much rather put money toward that. Next thing you know, my balance exceeded that SMH. Waited such a long time for who knows what, exactly. I have good credit, I have an account there so idk what the heck took so long. I came back another day to do a trade in since I had a ring that I really had no use for + no one to sell it to but that didn't even happen. Supposedly the value on it went up but when I did a lil research, that doesn't really happen or maybe I need to do further research Overall, I wasn't very happy with my experience here. Don't think I want to purchase jewelry anymore either. Don't care too much for it anyway.Ps. Their system seems super outdated AND they don't have Apple Pay (shocker!...kinda) lolI will update my review once I decide on the trade-in... if that's still possible + once I'm closer to paying off this outrageous balance

I had asked Janet, the saleswoman, if the earrings were natural freshwater pearls. She responded that they were. On Google I read that natural pearls feel gritty when rubbed on your teeth. The pearls rubbed smoothly- they were fake, and she charged me $200.I THOUGHT they were fake, but when I returned to the store, Elena gave me a Certificate of Authenticity. It read that my pearls were "AA+, 75% flawless natural freshwater" pearls. They weren't the most "flawless" pearls, but they were genuine. I'm grateful that Elena took the time to show me. I'm glad about my purchase.

Here at daniel's jewelers in pico rivera i was helped by Elena and she did a great job at showing me the variety and also gave me the best deal i could get. Highly recommend coming here very great staff !
