5th place I've tried to use the restroom. As a ride share driver we depend on these popular gas chains to provide the full service the are supposed to. If I use the restroom out side I'll have to register as a sex offender if I am caught! What am I supposed to do. I been holding it an hour thus is awful.

I've been going here for years even when it changed from Shell to Chevron.I will NEVER go there again all because of one employee. Unfortunately I don't know her name, but last night (between 9 & 10pm) she, very rudely, told Me "There is no loyalty discount FOR YOU anymore!" If this discount has ended, l understand, but the complete lack of tact is what I was stunned by.Honestly I could go anywhere, and will now, for what I purchase there, but the reason I frequented this particular location was because of the customer service. I've enjoyed the past employees and will miss them, but that rude and snarky person should pick another career; maybe something that doesn't involve dealing with the public.

I mean they have gas. But that huge guy working there with the beard and pony curly hair makes me not go inside or frequent it at all. Very rude, disrespectful. Don't believe that smile.
