I brought an old iPod here in 2016 to fix it’s screen and when we went a week later (time they told us to pick it up) they said that they lost the iPod and I went back later like a year later and they were selling that same iPod in the glass case. I told them about it and they said they’ve always had it.

This place is incredibly fair. They will not take money from you for repairs if there is a better and more affordable way for you to fix your device. Very honest and upfront, which is rare today. I have witnessed this almost every time I have been here. Also, their prices are incredibly fair. This is the best place to come to in the area, since they have integrity. Today, I witnessed Charlie tell someone that the services they wanted, unlocking a phone, would cost more than the phone is worth. He could have taken their money. But instead, he was honest and upfront. It would be awesome if more business owners were like him. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed if you come here.

If you have a newer iPhone don't take your phone here!!!!! I paid $169 in cash the screen they put gives me so many issues!!!! Even when my screen was cracked originally it didn't give me this many issues!!!!! My phone is clicking on things I never touched on the screen!!!!! I took it back because the screen completely blacked out on me but they said it was because I dropped it. I had a screen protector on it which had a small hairline crack r u kidding???? They said they'd replace it this once without charging me but the screen does the same dang thing!!!!! A screen protector protects the screen from cracking so if the protector takes the blow the actual screen itself should be fine. But my phone has liked me out, been disabled turns off randomly even when I'm still looking at it! Cheap product but yet they're charging nearly $200 for these garbage screens and only take cuz cash cuz they probably don't report all of what they make. Support small businesses it don't support those that are scammers! Now I'm going to have to go elsewhere to have my phone properly fixed!!!!!
