DO NOT SHOP HERE. This place is a scam. I ordered a dresser and it was delivered and completely in pieces. The back of the dresser was detached, wood was completely broken and it looked like someone had taken a hammer to it.I live in an apartment complex and cannot just throw this away somewhere. I would have to pay to have this removed. Casagear said they are unable to have someone pick it up and that they will give me $25 to remove all bad reviews from online.Unless this item is picked up this week, I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.There is a reason everything is cheap. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

Beware of the return policy. The customer is expected to foot the entire shipping bill for returns. I learned this the hard way as I had to return barstools I ordered and live on the east coast. I had to pay over $800 in shipping to send the items back, then I was charged over $200 in shipping again for the replacement items. While the cost of the product is good for the quality and I am ultimately happy with the products I received, the return policy alone would make me not shop here again. When I asked multiple times if Casagear would refund me the new shipping cost, given large cost I had to pay to return the items they refused. (I called and sent multiple emails to their support thread) They did refund me part of my initial shipping cost of $179, but I am now out over $1000 purely for shipping, which far exceeded the cost items I bought. This is a simple fix for them to create return labels for customers through their shipping account, as any other furniture store would do.

I love this online store. They keep up with the seasons and new trends. Honestly, I have to limit my trips to this website because I can empty my wallet real quick! They have a lot of items in real SOLID wood which is hard to find these days. My mom LOVES this store too, In fact, this is an AMAZING place to find a gift for your mom! Haha.They are offering warehouse pick up for locals!! I was able to purchase a very trendy drink table, a set of planters and a throw pillow, and picked it up the same day. Absolutely amazing. I've attached a couple of photos of items I've purchased.

My order was over $500 with expedited shipping and the packaging, you would think something expensive and nice was in it. Instead its a wood coffee table completely split on its side. And this is wood, so splinter and severe cut city if someone bumps up or rubs up against the table. There are dings on this piece and exposed nails, which suggest very shotty construction. They thought this was ok to put in someone's home? And I have a small child. There clearly was no care of review of the item before it left the warehouse there's no way this was looked at before sent out. It has a white film/layer of dust on it as well. Pretty gross. This made me think that it had been sitting in a corner somewhere on clearance or something its definitely not a piece to send to anyones home.I called the number from their website: 888-641-3914 and immediately the rep told me I had to email Benzara. Which I've done and I did it within business hours 3:23pm today. I've also emailed this evening the
[email protected] email address after reading YELP AFTER purchasing. Shame on me, I LIVE on Yelp and didnt think to check them out online.Got a response by the time I woke up this am! Kind of pumped!! Hopefully the refund comes through as soon as they say. I see reviews the company says this and doesn't do it. We shall see. By the 2nd day post delivery, I've received the notice my funds have been refunded.Im bummed the table wasn't up to standards/quality BUT I'm very pleased that although the YELP reviews said otherwise, that my experience in getting assistance and refunded was taken care of with high importance and in a timely manner.
