Three delivery guys went to my home to set up two bed sets and one of the delivery guys was extremely rude and disrespectful to my parents and I. He would talk back to us and give us dirty looks. There was a point where my dad was holding/leaning on to one of the mattresses they had to take and the man just pulled it away from him as he was snatching it from my dad. Going to a job site with this type of attitude is unacceptable especially if it is at someones home. Do not get me wrong, the employees at the actual store and managers are very nice and humble. The furniture is good quality but as far as for the delivery people I feel they should not be acting this way especially if you have not done anything to disrespect them at all.
