I am writing this review to let people know to be aware of the kind of ethics the workers here have.
This incident was unrelated to the work or services they provide but one of the workers here at this location was in his personal vehicle and was picking up parts from a wrecking yard in Montebello. He hit MY rental car leaving the yard and did not stay. The workers there at the yard told me who it was and where to find him and sure enough he was here. I forget his name but he drives an old BLUE big body sedan. He admitted to hitting me and apologized, and offered to fix it but since this was a RENTAL I said no. Once contacted he then denied doing anything and now I owe enterprise $2,000+ for damage that a certain, irresponsible worker did and that may be scamming other people too. USE CAUTION, Some people don’t have morals anymore.

I was planning on bringing my car in and stumbled upon their yelp and more... After less than five minutes of scrolling and reading I've come to realize there are several negative reviews about this shop and many of them contain a specific employee's name. Now, It's all starting to make sense. I am almost certain that with all these bad reviews people will still continue to come here. Hopefully, after reading this it'll make you think Twice Before conducting business and spending your hard earned money here. I Highly urge you Take your business elsewhere. This establishment is Disgusting, incompetent, Unprofessional and racist. After a quick search, it was discovered that a worker by the name of Jazzy can be seen on social media (jazzys_auto_n_welding_repair on instagram) promoting herself and automotive services using/linking this address and name of business as her own establishment all while making racist, ignorant, disgusting jokes about people of Asian descent while changing a battery on a jeep.. This is an unacceptable behavior especially during a time when Asians are targeted for prejudice, discrimination, hate, xenophobia and violence. Even if it was a "joke" still Truly disappointed that another person of color would say such things. You should be ashamed of yourself. The fact that the owner still allows such an incompetent, unhygienic, hateful, lowlife, racist, pathetic excuse for a human to work there speaks in volumes. Word of advice, as a collective, you all should Spend more time putting actual quality into your work and ethic rather than ripping customers off, being rude, preying on those with no automotive knowledge and practicing bait and switch tactics it's giving mechanics a bad name.

Avoid this place at all cost! I took in my car to get my air conditioned fixed and that was fine. But then the mechanic told me I needed to get my cooling system fixed and that my car would be set since it was in really good condition and would run me around 700 dollars. He fixed it but then I started having random car problems out of nowhere and kept having to come back. A month later my transmission broke down! Which is super odd because he told me my car was in good condition and plus I kept up with regular maintenance. Do not come here if you are a woman! They will rip you off and mess with your car.

rip off i swear these people messed with my dads truck to perform other stuff on it. to get more money from my dad ... feel like he knew my dad was gullible and took advantage of him. Kept him going back so many times!!!!

AVOID this business like the plague. I needed my ball joint replaced and Sam fixed my power steering instead and charged me $320 anyway. I'm surprised this place is still in business. Terrible experience and absolutely terrible customer service. Sam needs to look at himself in the mirror.

This place use to be good, Honest and knowledgeable people use to worked here. I can't said that no more. The last couple of jobs Alvares has done to my cars has been questionable?..(about 5 jobs or so)...

Jazzy is VERY unprofessional, please use anyone else's services. Not worth the hassle. She sells chinese tires and will sell it to you without telling you the brand or will mislead you.

I took my 67 Volkswagen to be fixed have an oil change change the fuel filter and Gasket very reasonable and albertus really knows how to take care of your car I will surely be back8
