I go there to do my rv cleanout. Their rv dumpsite is clean and well maintained. Just remember to bring cash.

I was introduced to this place from a neighbor. My neighbor was actually nice enough to take me for the first time to show me how to dump the waste from my son's RV (when I borrow something I like to return it in the same if not better condition then when I borrowed it). Mind you I used the bathroom in the RV once and that was to do number one, however, I paid the $20 to dump the waste. When we arrived my neighbor showed me how I had to sign in, put $20 in an envelope and place in a back in the black mailbox. It was easy and quick. I borrowed my sons RV a couple of more times after that and was able to go to the RV place on my own and take care of the dumping with no issue. Keep in mind the 3 times that I have gone, signed in and paid my $20 I have never ever been greeted, spoken to or made any contact with anyone. I just thought that it was just the way it works. Sign in, pay, dump, clean after yourself and leave. WELL NOT TODAY! I drove in, got out of the RV to sign in. You write the date 05/25/2021, time 3:57, name Maggie, license plate, I had to take a picture of the plates because I don't know them and it asks for model....Here is where I screwed up and I will be the first to admit it. I wrote TRATO or TREETO because I knew the RV (that was borrowed) started with a T, I found it easy to write one of those two words. I go down, grab an envelope, place my $20 cash, seal the envelope and put it in the black mailbox. I get back in the RV, and I hear a voice, HEYYYYYY you didn't sign in! (A very angry voice)! I stick my head out the window and say, yes I did I'm Maggie. He then yells and says, you didn't write the model! Come back! So I go in reverse (in the meantime I'm looking in my rear view mirror and he is standing by the black mail box pulling out my envelope. I can clearly see him. I go in reverse, pull up next to the office (as he asked me to come back) and starts yelling that I'm trying to run him over! Dear god, I was in shock when he said that because believe me for all the money in the world would I not hurt, much less kill a human being and not for $20 either! I don't even have a driving ticket, because I refuse to break the law! I GET OUT OF THE RV TO SEE WHAT I DID WRONG AND HE WAS CORRECT I WROTE DOWN THE WRONG MODEL. It's a TRAVATTO and not a Treevo or Trato or whatever I wrote. I said oh ok, sorry, but then started telling me to get my money and get out or he would have me arrested for trespassing. I said, ok yes no problem I will leave, but let me scratch out what I wrote since I didn't use the services and he goes on to say, "are you shutting me up?" "Don't tell me to shut up!" I said, no with all due respect, I'm telling you, that's it's ok I will leave, no problem. He went so crazy, that I was afraid for my life. I'm a woman that was there all alone with this man that is about 6 feet tall. I was shaking as I drove off! I have never, ever been treated with such disrespect in my life! Turns out his name is Patrick. I had a few friends make phones calls, he answered and I recognized his voice! Patrick told me that if I ever come back he will have me arrested for trespassing. I have no plans on going back, ever! I am so shaken up that I believe I should go as far as filling a police report. I'm sure there are cameras there and I would not mind if Patrick posted them, because if I was in the wrong, I will get on my knees and apologize. I wrote the wrong model of the RV....but it was a mistake that I admitted too. I don't think I deserved that kind of treatment! I regret not recording the incident, but I'm sure it's recorded. Please take my advise and be prepared with your info, especially if your a woman! It was very frightening! Please NOTICE ALL MY REVIEWS ARE ALWAYS A FIVE STAR SO IM NOT A COMPLAINER OR ONE TO GIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, but this is one that honestly deserves ZERO STARS!
