Amazing Service and Exceptional Work at Browning!
I recently brought my Prius to Browning for body damage repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service and transparency were far beyond any expectations I had.
Henry, the estimator, went above and beyond to handle everything with my insurance company. He kept me updated every step of the way and even chased down my adjuster to ensure my deductible was covered when it wasn't initially processed. It was such a relief not to have to worry about all the back-and-forth with the insurance.
As if that wasn't enough, when I picked up my car, not only was the bodywork flawless, but Browning also surprised me by washing my car and filling up my gas tank! It's the little details like that which show how much they truly care about their customers.
Browning made what could have been a stressful process into an easy and seamless experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work. You won’t be disappointed!

I felt very taken care of by Albert and the Browning Collision team. They were caring, supportive and guided me through this journey of repairs to my vehicle through insurance. They were transparent and explained every detail to me. There was even a slight issue with something they had nothing to do with and took an extra measure to help me and make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone. I even got to meet some of the mechanical laborers and they were just as friendly, understanding and supportive. Thanks guys!! I sincerely appreciate everything!

Quote was quick and easy. Got insurance agent to approve work and dropped off the car.
The expected two week repair seemed to be smooth with text updates daily saying it would be ready on schedule. The Fridays of pickup they closed without a call telling me to pickup my car. I called the following Monday and they said it would be another few days a part didn't arrive. Two weeks later without any further text updates my car was ready. On pickup I pointed out a few mistakes chipped and scratched mirror that looked worse than before they swapped it. Rear spoiler was loose two of the four fasteners were holding it on.
My car got a replacement part with an ant infection. The car was crawling with ants.
The right front door no longer locks or stays latched shut.
If you want sloppy work that takes more than twice as long and requires multiple visits to resolve issues they create this spot is perfect ?.

Had an accident and needed a place to fix my car. The insurance approved this place. I'm happy they did because the service was good. Very helpful and responsive. They returned my car looking brand new.

My brand new 2024 Mazda 3 Hatchback Turbo was hit by a driver with no insurance!
The team at Browning Collision Center, did a great job. They communicated with my insurance, provided me a loaner car and updated me every other day along the way.
The car looks perfect, just like it did on the showroom floor. Thanks again Ashley and Omar, car is perfect ?

Absolute professionals took my car in. They kept me in touch all the way through the process would strongly recommend Henry was our adjuster and text me every other day, letting me know how the Jeep was doing… Great place good work.
