My car did not want to turn on and luckily it happened near this AutoZone where i received help from Antonio! I am very grateful for his expertise and assistance. He went out of his way to help me install a new battery and i was back on the road in no time! I commend his help and service together with Sam. Thanks guys! I truly appreciate good people like you!

I have been buying parts for my cars at this auto zone store for years. And they have always taken excellent care of me. But today, 02/12/2024, a very rude and unprofessional girl attended to me. because of her despotic manner. I better went to buy my parts from Oreilly Auto Parts. The attention was very different. I'm going to let my friends and family know what happened. so they can buy their parts in another store. where they know how to serve customers.

Thanks to Sienna I got confirmation that my car battery is low and needs to be charged. Since Tuesday, my car didn’t turn on. I kept trying and it turned on after 15 minutes. Once I got it to turn on, it was struggling after that. Yesterday, I took it to the Autozone off Passons and Whittier. The associate that helped me out there said that my battery passed the test. I now wonder if she didn’t know what she was doing or didn’t want to bother helping me out :/. She just told me to clean the battery corrosion. I did that once I got home. After that, the car continued to struggle to turn on, so, l needed a second opinion. I went to this Autozone where I got the confirmation that I needed. I knew something was up. Thank you Sienna !! She also informed me about other important stuff like my battery warranty. What a supportive and helpful associate.

I bought some freon because my air conditioner went out in my truck but I had to take it back cuz I ended up taking it to the shop and it was a hole in my hose that needed to be repaired but I also bought a light for my turning signal cuz it was out and I kept that and replaced the bulb. They are very helpful at auto zone. You just need the make and model and year of your car and they could look parts up for you. Definitely will go back if I need too.

I've been to the auto store, like a handful of times, and not one time I was spoken to how I was spoken to today by Christopher the manager. At the end of our conversation, he told me well I can't please everyone he said it with smug and snotty attitude there was no apology. Will NEVER go back to give my business. Negative stars
