They promise you everything and they do not care to give you detailed information on what’s going on and at the end they did a sloppy job and leave you more damage than good on the vehicle surface paint. Overspray were there shouldn’t be .they did not remove Plastic trim.

Frank and the guys at Advance Truck Painting have painted several of our full sized coaches. They offer amazing service and the quality to match. We send our used buses in there and they come out looking like they could be new. I definitely recommend them for any large bus or fleet vehicle.

I am a owner of a 2016 Ford transit cargo van I have Geico Insurance unfortunately Geico cannot provide me a Body Shop with a large paint booth to accommodate large size high roof cargo van. So I took it upon myself to find a shop that has a large size paint booth . A friend refer me to advance truck painting . He works for Budwiser distribution. I had already visit three other body shops with large size paint booth but it seems there were all about commercial truck only. But advance truck and paint seem like they were more clean and organized and where serious about working on my van. Frank the owner went out and inspected my van for damages he gave an estimate of $2,900 I was confident that he was going to do a good job and his team I told Carlos the manager to please take your time do a quality job he said yes not a problem. I gave Carlos two gift certificates from in and out to give to the employees that will be working on my van my plans were to make visits to the shop and give out more Internet out lunch certificates to the employees that were working on my van unfortunately I did not have the time to go in person to visit the shop and the status of my van but I did make a few phone calls during the 30 days that the van was sitting there supposedly being worked on. I called the shop just spoke with VANESSA Frank's daughter and asked her the status of the van she said she check with Carlos and they said that the van will be ready on Friday Body Shop's are known to have vehicles finished on Fridays so the pressure of you taking it on a Friday to have it by the weekend is ideal but in my case I was no rush all I wanted was quality workmanship . I inspected the van at all I saw was damage done by employees either walking on the roof of the van or crawling on their knees causing dents in damage to repair one small size dent in the center of the roof did they use any planks or any protection to knee over and work on the roof part of the van they did not mask the air fan vent right so there is overspray all over and also they single stage paint the whole roof 80% of it I asked him why did you single stage paint only why not to stage paint he said we don't offer that. There was overspray on the handles they did not remove the trim molding to paint the quarter panels there was more overspray and high build the paint on the edges. There was overspray in the door jams rubber grommets brackets to support doors overspray on the front glass and they spray very light single stage on the roof that expose the metal of the vehicle which will cause rust within a short period of time . Frank the owner had an attitude with me he was really upset because I told him I have experience in Body Shop prep and once I told him how to correctly approach a vehicle for inspection he got more upset his attitude was not professional he did not approach the vehicle to check the dents that I told him his employees did all he did from a far distance said I don't see any dents this is our last conversation we're going to end this I will not do anything for you to correct things he said I wanted that area here and I told him how convenient once they already had the check cash from the insurance that they no longer want nothing to do with me all they want the van is out of there I told him no the van is staying until I talk to claim adjuster and a supervisor from Geico so that's where I stand currently 06-21-2019 Most likely what's going to happen that I'll be filing another claim pay deductible I sent the bank immediately to another Body Shop I found out caliber collision's in corona accommodates large size vans they specialize on sprinter Mercedes Benz cargo vans they are certified I wish I had known about the shop before I've never been so upset and disappointed on the poor quality from a shop like A.T.P I tried my best to work with Frank and Ali says I want nothing to do with you get this event that he here he had the nerve to be money hungry selfish self-centered and did not care to tell me about the
