To start off, I first came to this location in December for a gaming computer. The lady who helped me out her name is Monica in person and over the phone back then she was amazing. I could not believe how helpful and professional she was. ( I thought to myself finally someone who values customer service as much as I do ) I was very happy with that experience.So recently "this year Jan 2024 I wanted to get another item so I did so via their website" After I placed the new order I got a couple random phone calls from their location with no voice mail I found it slightly strange so I did call them back and they had no idea why they were calling me.Got another strange call from them which I did answer and the guy was blah, blah, blah, blahing me that they wrote up my contract and payment amount wrong and that if I didn't agree to allow them to correct things they would go to my home to collect their item.I had to call and argue and debate with their manager to get them to honor was wrote up as written. They were basically treating me as if I were a criminal all though I explained to their manager that I did not write up my contract Monica did and it was not my fault or problem that it was done improperly. Finally he agreed to leave things alone as written after my various multiple uses of "BREACH OF CONTRACT" that is what I think got him to back pedal and to leave things as is. (in my world its called integrity and owning up to the mistakes made by your underlings)Today 1-26 I got a phone call from Monica about my recent online order telling me that I "needed to go in with my ID and a utility bill" So I called her back and she had no idea who I was and that I was already an existing customer. After explaining this to her, and explaining to her that she CALLED ME and left me a voice mail, this is very odd as she seemed to have no idea that she called me and left me a voice mail less than 10 minutes earlier.I find all this very offensive and wish I had bothered to read the reviews of others long before I decided to do business with these people if I had read reviews before I would not be having such a lackluster experience myself.Aarons has great items for great prices, but I would avoid this location at all costs the stress is NOT worth it. Hopefully with enough complaints this location will get restaffed including restaffing its management. All of its personal should get replaced with new, then maybe with new people the store could develop a better reputation.As I already posted this to Yelp, Aarons corporate is my next stop.

This store looked very trashy and it took a while to ask if we needed help and we drove 24 miles one way ,would not go back

This location is terrible. They harass their customers constantly. I recieve at least 5 phone calls every day. They come to my house late at night (between 9pm -10pm) always claiming I have missed payments, even though my account is up to date. When I explaine this and show prof of payment they become aggressive and never apologize for the inconvenience. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never shop with them again once my account is closed .

The Pico Rivera location is terrible. I've been a customer for years and have never felt so harassed by management. Managers constantly calling, people showing up in the middle of the night is ridiculous. So glad that Rent a Center understands my situation and has been more then fair and willing to work with me.

Pico Rivera store is the worst. I have had so many bad experience with that store. I was a loyal customer with this store and once I paid off whatever I purchased, the manager was awful. I will never shop there again

!! Don't go here !! These people are rude and unprofessional. One of the movers started aggressively yelling child like remarks because he decided to park in a "no parking and unloading" area blocking several driveways , when there is clearly an area to unload/pack.Some places will hire any j*** off on the streets and let them out into the world to be unprofessional and make stupid comments.

Best place to rent furnitured...Staff was excellent, especially Fred handled my account with professionalism and customer service friendly I like..Got to send Kudos on keeping this customer happy.....thank you again / Clemente Delgado satisfied customer!!

I recently ordered a sectional sofa, got delivered today and I got home from work to inspect it as anyone should if you are paying almost 2 thousand on a set. The chair had a tear in the arm, the leg is bent back and was assembled wrong. The sofa had 4 sharp nails poking out just under the cushion a hazard for my kids, imagine having to go to the ER for stitches. Called and spoke to Fred he said it was a “manufacture error and it’s not going to be 100 percent” the Velcro to keep the cushion from sliding we’re not aligned so they did not grab. Very rude customer service after I emailed him pictures of the product. Horrible, if you order from them please check your furniture for sharp nails that was my main concern and tears, don’t waste your hard earned money on not good product.
