the guy at the cashier was so mean for no reason he was trying to communicate that he needed to scan a slurpee cup but i was not understanding and he was communicating something and his tone just kept getting louder and louder. such a unfortunate experience here this has never happened nor have i needed a cup to be scanned which is the weird part. i did not pay and just left the cup what a weird guy.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in for scratcher and ice and the guy behind the counter was a total dick. Seriously needs to work on his customer service skills.

Would be a one star but the graveyard cashier, the latin one, is quite friendly and allows me to use reward points. 6/19/2022: i racked up so many reward points, across the numerous 711s i go to, why is it so hard to use them? I was a little over 15k reward points and most cashiers hurry to bypass the option to use them. Approximately 230pm, the male worker, the hindi one, was cashing me out. I proceeded to use my points and put in my zip, but he was still able to cancel it and now im close to 16k. This makes me want to go to circle K or some mom and pop liquor store. I will just come to this 711 between 11pm and 7am, the time frame where i can use the points. Oh ya, he also tried to overcharge me blk water by adding an extra one.

This place is big shady! I have seen employees give drunk people the wrong amount of change, they make up their own prices for big gulps at certain times of the day. DONT go there

rude dudes the guy doesn't even speak english and we tried redeeming some points and he didn't understand so we walked back and some other guy comes up to us saying why we were messing with the old guy that doesn't speak english 2 idiots running a business and to come up to customers like that? bad store do not come here or you'll be asking for a fight since the dude cannot speak english

I called to ask if they had Ebay cards available and the employee said, "I dunno. You can come and look." So rude! I think I'll call again and bribe him with taking down this review if he will do his job and Fμ©ken check.

The late night shift employee was very rude. He was very inconsiderate & using profanity. He was also charging me for the wrong items. Don't recommend this place!
