Went twice for prescription and failed to have said I need to call my doctor but the sent it twice to them and qas on there fax machine and then told I needed to wait 20 more minutes I just left and asked about mailing to me because wasting gas after heart attack is too much for me they said would not do it because I have to wait till someone calls me wow.

Please stay clear of the pharmacy!!! Medications are never ready. My doctor sent my prescription a month ago, made 4 trips, they acted surprised and argued/justified their noncompliance. The pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are all racists! One of the worst customer service, I have ever experienced and witnessed! Please raise awareness!

They're out of literally things a pharmacy can't run out of, ie, hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol.. not short term either, months go by with empty shelves. If you have to live here you just learn to drive to Hesperia to get things.

Very bad manager Eric they stole my catalytic converter outside the store parking lot and went inside to tell them and he said his cámaras didn't work I couldn't believe it what if it was something worse that happened they wouldn't be able to help out all because there cámaras don't work

I had to switch to Rite Aid because of the convenience as those who live by Phelan know there's two pharmacies nearby so I put my trust and business with rite aid now when I tell you these people don't care about your health I mean they do NOT care about you as a patient or as a consumer. I am currently pregnant and my doctor prescribed nausea medication since I can't keep anything down on 02/06/2023 since rite aid didn't have it in stock they had to order it no big deal I was told to wait the next day. After calling every two days and being told it'll come in the following day after 5pm they still have not received my medication. I called today 02/14/2023 to be informed they CANNOT dispense my medication and needs to be changed to a different route by my doctor. They waited one week to tell me this and it's ridiculous. Worst pharmacy I've used to this date and they need to hire more staff because the wait time to pick up medication or to get someone on the phone is also ridiculous.
