Has amazing employees and came out early when needed. Also has great customer service and very kind employees. If leak they investigate and right away figure out the problem and fix the problem. I recommend them definitely.

Customer service not the greatest for propane orders. Other services outside the phone order, the staff have been pleasant and responsive. The new receiver is not accurate and the gauge reading is misleading. I tapped the gauge to find out I’m at 5%. I called and said there’s a $99 outside delivery fee since I’m not on their scheduled route. That is a very high penalty rate in general considering propane prices are not cheap. I did not like that I have to be penalized for an outside delivery fill considering the gauge and receiver are faulty. Representative stated I was at 50% yesterday and now at 5% the next day. Consumers should not be penalized for faulty equipment provided by the supplier. No sympathy or no other solutions were given unless I pay $99 to get filled that day or wait a couple of days and possibly risk of not having hot water.

They well know that they cannot fill the tank up to 100% because they need 10-20% for it to be empty for the fumes and gases so it won’t blow up or expand , ….pretty much want to fill your 100 gallon tank and charge you 100 gallons for filling it up when they only put 80 gallons

Outstanding service provided today 11/2/23! Just switched to Phelan Gas from Delta Liquid Energy and am I impressed. They are wonderful to deal with from their front office to their install folks. Very informative and willing to go the "extra mile". So very happy we made the switch to Phelan Gas. Great job by everyone!

I can only speak for my experience with Phelan Gas. We have two propane tanks. That can get pretty expensive, I believe their prices are reasonable. Can you find a company that’s “cheaper”? I don’t know but if you do, remember, you get what you pay for. Cheaper prices can sometimes (mostly ALL the time) result in horrible customer service. I personally haven’t had a problem with them. Is the staff always perfect, no. There might have been a few “hiccups” in the past 10-15 years but nothing that would make me write a bad review or switch companies. Also, Dustin has always been very friendly and very helpful. I have recommended them to all of my clients. Until I have a bad experience with them (which I doubt I will) I will continue to recommend them and will use them for my personal property.

I like the owner of the buisness, so it does not please me to write this review. The customer service has gone done hill big time! And recently they installed new radio recivers to tell to what's in your tank instead of there being a physical gauge on the tank. With this newest addition I suddenly amusing more propane than I ever have before. When I called about there being a possible leak I was treated like I was waiting there time. That's how I found out about my physical gauge was missing. When I called to find out why I was treated rudely and as if I was stupid. I literally stopped my delivery and will be moving on to another propane company. I am seriously saddened because the owner is a great person, his staff in the office is not.

today is Dec 25，Christmas,when I go home at night no gas no heat water,my daughter after shower told me water is cold！i paid for gas for your company,why I have no gas ?I call your company tonight and no people work !no emergency contact！！no one helps!!thisIs a terrible company!!!don’t use their services!!!
