Great clothing at great prices for the thrifty fashionista. Bonnie has a great eye for choosing what goes in her store. I never fail to find something I end up loving for years.

Oldest consignment store in Petaluma. Zoe has an eye for fashion and coming trends. All other consignment stores in comparison are merely knock offs of Zoe’s. Ladies, do yourself a favor and check it out.

I tried on a bra and I didn’t like the color. So when I gave it back to the lady at the Register she said “it probably wouldn’t fit you anyway” this comment lowered my self esteem and should never be said to a costumer ever. They did not handle this situation well and personally I would not go back to that store unless someone else is working. I do not recommend this store to anyone who is self conscious about there body. Or who has low self esteem. Thank you have a great day

This store is very unique I like the items they Carry and could easily spend a ton of money here..if it wasn't for the non existent customer service. I have visited this store in total around 3 times and all three times I didn't get so much as a hello or welcome in...each time there was a blonde women working there assuming that she is the owner..just at the front desk with her head down and each time this lost my business and I will not be going back and will steer clear my peers of this boutique because of it. If you don't have the decency to greet your customers then you certainly don't deserve our business!

This place has a tasteful, unique, and beautiful collection of clothes, and very friendly service. The new combination of the two shops is wonderful!

Fell in love with the store before i fell in love with the owner what a hard worker that zoey is never complains more honest than an infant .always there to lend a hand unless its a marriage.poor soul has been fighting lymes disease for 15 + years no help from her kids or ex husbands now dementia is setting in so if your feeling grateful about a deal or something she did for you stop by and say hi

From the dazzling collection of quality clothing to the panoply of colors to the store layout/ambience and the warmth of the store owner, my whole retinue had the most fabulous time shopping there yesterday. After purchasing a dress for my teenage daughter, my other (3.5 y.o.) daughter fell in love with the velvet couch in the front sitting area and refused to leave the store... 'nuff said!

DON'T SELL YOUR CLOTHING HERE.
Zoe's has nice clothing so I decided to drop off some of my best items in July. She picked through them, and took 7 items telling me she marks things at excellent prices in which I would receive a 40% return. She did not give me a receipt or anything. I asked for something and received a business card that said I dropped off 7 items. I wrote detailed descriptions for my own records.
I went in to the shop in Sept to check on my clothes. She said she had not put them out yet, she was waiting for the season to change. I went in again in October and was told the same thing. She told me to come back in December.
I called her in early Jan to check on my clothing. She said she had sold 3 items and I had $13.00 waiting for me. WHAT...$13.00? I asked about the small amount and she said she sold them on the clearance rack. UGH! I could have sold them at Launch in Sebastopol for more than that and received the money the day I dropped them off. I told her I wanted to pick up my other items ($200 pair of pants, suit etc). She said she would need a few days to get them ready. I gave her 5 days. I called she didn't have them ready.
Long story short. She could not find my suit or my sweater and told me she would give me another $12 for the missing items. Conveniently, she does not seem to keep records. Thank god I got my expensive pants back. It took me 6 months to complete this all for $25 bucks, poor service and a lot of driving. It seems to me she may be running some kind of scam here. No records, expensive items being sold for mere dollars. I can tell you the prices on clothing inside the store are not $15-$20. She has higher prices on her clothing by far. There is a clearance rack but it would be nice if she told me that they would end up on that rack in 2months. I would not have left my clothes there.
COMPARISON- I just went to Launch today and today and took a stack of clothes not nearly as expensive or interesting as the ones i took to Zoe's and I left with $65 and half of the clothes I took there. I could have take a store credit for $92. MUCH BETTER DEAL than Zoe's.
