My 2007 Suburban needed a new engine so I got several quotes. Yotoluma's warranty and customer service beat out all the other bids so I had it done here. 7500 miles later I can tell you the car runs great. I will continue to bring in my car for all issues, big and small. Highly recommmend this friendly, prompt and technically apt service here.

Last week, I had my oil changed at this location. I drive a 2000 Toyota 4Runner with 350K miles on it. As always, they provided me with prompt quality service at a fair price. If you are looking for a cheap place, do not come here.
However, if you are willing to pay a fair price for the right level of service, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I want quality service for my car as it has 350K miles already. I want to ensure a longer lasting engine life.
I get my oil change service here regularly. I continue to be a regular here, because of their customer service and quality care for my car. THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN!

Ive been taking my Toyota Camry to Yotaluma for 4 yrs. I found them based on a recommendation from another auto service company. My Camry is a '92. It had been stored in a garage and had low miles when I got it, but an old car still needs a range of services.
Yotaluma is like the Old School auto shop my dad would have hooked me up with when I was young. I know nothing about cars or how to find a good mechanic. I had taken my car to another mechanic previously and had other estimates so when I went to Yotaluma I had some comparisons. I seriously appreciate them so much. Their rates are fair or better, the work is 100% and so reliable. Joe, the owner, has a heart of gold ? ✨️
Joe, the mechanic, is the best. He goes above and beyond every time. And Tony who does everything office and customer relations is one of the nicest people I've done business with, no exaggeration.
My last job was a big one bc I had neglected some things. I was under the gun with smog check due and honestly if I had been anywhere else I'd probably be without a car. They made it work.
So, as far as reviews and recommendations, without any doubt... absolutely the best.

Professional, friendly, fast and HONEST service. What more could you ask for in a mechanic? Joe found a couple issues on my Sequoia during the inspection, and I was pleasantly surprised when he advised me which things I could wait on and his suggested timing for each. Very refreshing to find a mechanic I can trust! 5 stars!

Worst experience ever! Brought a new Tacoma in with no problems aside from a bad O2 sensor which I asked to replace and decided to have them change the transmission oil filter which was due when they replaced the O2 sensor. Bad mistake, not only did the check engine light for the O2 sensor come right back on 60 miles later, they almost ruined my transmission 2xs! When I picked it up the first time and drove 10 mins a car behind me flashed me and told me I was dumping transmission fluid all over the road, went back to the shop, “Oh sorry we forgot to tighten one bolt, here we’ll tighten it and we’ll top off the fluid” drive it back home and went to work the next morning, pulled into my work and you guessed it more fluid dumping out of my transmission, took the day off work and took it back. “Oh we put too much fluid and it’s just leaking out of the overflow”. Shop tried to get me to sign something implying that I brought it in like that with no backstory about who caused the issue in the first place by not tightening the bolt. Now I paid almost 1200 and I still have a check engine light on and whatever damage occurred while my transmission was driving around with no fluid. Asked for owners information, “were owned by a corporation, you have to call them” I should have known by the look of the shop because it looked like a Pick and Pull with junk piled up everywhere. I should have trusted my gut when I saw what a mess that place was.

Not recommended! Highly disappointed.Appointment was set at 11 o’clock. They said maximum 2 hours to change oil and check something because of check engine lights.After 3 hours nobody even checked anything and they didn’t let me know at all.

My car stopped working on Highway 101 at about 10:00 on a Saturday night. I called for a tow but they never showed up. I tried again for a tow on Tuesday, but again, the tow truck never showed up. A guy in the neighborhood in which my car was parked suggested that I go to Yotaluma, which was reliable and right around the corner, so I drove the short way over. They fixed my car within a few days (I needed a new radiator) and I was on my way. I believe Tyler and Yotaluma are reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. I highly recommend the shop.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. As a woman, I felt incredibly talked down to by these men. They also quoted me a different price over the phone, then after giving them my cc information they ended up charging me almost $75 more without my permission. They are frauds, avoid this place at all costs.

These guys are absolutely wonderful. I came to them with both myself and my car wrecked. Not only were they personable and concerned with my well-being, but they were quick, efficient and went above and beyond in repairs. I will be returning to them as long as I have this car, which should be a long time thanks to them! Shop local!
