The service I thought was great when I first went in. I didn't see the sofa that I wanted on the sales floor, so I ordered a custom sofa. I got to chose the exact sofa, dimensions, leather color/quality, seat and cushion. When I ordered I was told 3-4 months. Which I said great! This was my first ever custom leather sofa. I was so excited! It was a birthday present to myself! When I hadn't heard back after 4 months, a friend and I decided to stop by to check the status on the sofa. Just to find out it had already been delivered and was sitting on their sales room floor for anyone to sit on! I was livid. I said I would come by that night to come get it. Not a sorry or anything. He said it was given to me at such a good price and if I wanted to leave it on their sales floor so he could get more sales of the "example" and he sold it to me well under market price value. I'm sorry I paid almost $5k for a custom leather sofa. Not a floor model. Bad business. So something to consider for everyone the company Carolina custom leather works with private interior designers. So I will be taking my business elsewhere in the near future. I tried to shop local and support a small business. Not right. But I did get a great quality piece of furniture from Carolina Custom leather!

It was a very nice experience in this furniture store. Jack was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I ended up purchasing a few pieces for our home. Quality furniture is hard to find these days. We are so glad we can support a wonderful local business.

Our new UltraComfort recliner was delivered and installed by Jack Rasmussen from Wine Country Fine Furniture Jack claims that the chair was damaged during his delivery.
Don't be fooled by the name; the quality of the merchandise is questionable and the proprietor does not stand behind his product or take responsibility for something he knows he, himself, has damaged. Important as it is to support local, independent businesses, but this one is to be avoided. My experience was a nightmare. Do not buy anything from this establishment (formerly known as Praetzel's).

My husband needed a lift recliner. We were prepared to spend a long day, searching from store to store, trying to find one we liked. We decided to stop at Wine Country Fine Furniture first. So glad we did! We found the perfect lift recliner for my husband. The quality and pricing of all of the furniture in the store was amazing. We were so happy that I even bought a recliner for myself.The customer service that Jack provides is unbelievable! This is truly old school customer service that I have not found anywhere else. Jack goes above and beyond. He welcomes you into his store and is knowledgeable about all of his products. He removed our old furniture at no cost and the delivery of the new furniture was flawless.When we need anything else, we will definitely go to Wine Country Fine Furniture and see Jack!

Hi Jack I just wanted to say thank you so very much. I love my chair it's prefect haven't slept in it yet but I know I'll be comfortable. Just purchased a lift chair for a family member. Great selection of quality chairs (and other furnishings), super-helpful and knowledgeable business owner, very reasonable pricing, especially for the quality of product, easy to arrange delivery, etc. Service like it used to be! I highly recommend Wine Country Fine Furniture.

10* MY husband & I can't say enough about Jack we've delt w/Jack & bought his furniture & getting ready for another purchase He's very fair, kind, and respectful & great prices he hauled away our old furniture no charge & returned many times to reprogram my chair recliner remote control cause I couldn't get the concept we highly recommend!!!!!
