As always, I was greeted, and my appointment was quickly acknowledged. I was asked to confirm the services I requested and suggested other things to consider. My car was ready as promised and I was provided with all the information and estimate I requested with regard to brakes. I feel confident in dealing with everyone at Wheel Works and have always had good service.
Once again Wheel Works gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The brake work was done in a timely manner, and everything was great

I went to these guys because I had a screw in my tire. When I walked in it wasn't the same front counter staff from two years before.
They looked unprofessional and had a shady quality about them. They told me they had to replace my tire because it was too far in the sidewall. It was directly in the center of the tread.
I drove in but the tire was off the wheel when they said they had to replace the whole thing so I couldn't drive to another place.
They were really rude and condescending and tried to sell me 3 more tires.
Just go somewhere else. It's not the same it was before.

Alex the mechanic at the Petaluma store did a thorough job and is a great tech. The prices and alignment warranties are a good deal.

Really awesome staff. Bryce was kind, informative, and very helpful to me today when I blew my tire out on my way to work. On a not so great day, I am happy to have chosen a business like Wheel Works.

I brought my car in to check the brakes because they were squeeking, Zach and Randy were able to get my car in quickly and replace my brake pads. Thank you all at the petaluma location! Will be coming back!

I hate to give bad review I really do. Just came in today. My name is not Jackson by the way I think they know who I am. I don't know maybe they don't have technician or something? Front guy seemed to be in a bad mood. I said Thank You many time he doesn't want to say nothing it's okay maybe they're busy. What I find very scared is when I did an oil change. All of a sudden after they finish the red triangle came in.. Nothing happened like that before.. at least he came over and he pulled tstick to check my car once again and know what I see?? I see so much oil splashing off the dipstick when he check! It's either they overfill or something that's why the triangle came in. I never had this experience with them before.. I hate giving bad review.. they left at 4:30.. supposed to be at 6:00..
