I just got kicked out for not wearing a mask after all mandates have been lifted. Not only was I kicked out but the teller was extremely passive about it and the reason I didn't have a mask was because the atm machine was down. So I drove to the other Wells Fargo and was told how great it was to see my smile. Tell me which Wells Fargo you wanna go to?

I have a credit card with Wells Fargo Bank. I made a payment through their automated system 5 days before the due date and received a confirmation number. When I got my statement it wasn't credited and I received a $27.00 late fee. When I called up I was told there was no record of the payment and they "couldn't control the automated system."

After a very frustrating morning being sent on a wild goose chase by UPS employees at the two locations in town, I called and asked if they offered notary services and cpuld help. They said they could and scheduled an appt for me to come in. Alvaro was amazing and helpful - thanks to him we got what we needed done and he was a true professional offering great customer service. He was knowledgeable and helpful - all the things we greatly appreciate and will be back again. Thanks to Alvaro for turning around our very stressful and unpleasant am!!

The people at this branch are all great. Every time I come in to pay the mortgage, they're polite, the line moves pretty smoothly, and business gets done quick. Shout out to Alvaro especially, who was SUPER helpful in helping me get out of a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) I was struggling with. Now about that last thing: Before you opt for a HELOC, here or anywhere, ask directly about ALL the fees associated with it, especially cancellation fees. The Wells Fargo HELOC charges a yearly fee, even if you don't use it, and then $400 to cancel in the first 3 years. So you're stuck paying that yearly fee unless you want to pay a lot more. I'm docking this review one star because those fees weren't made clear to me up front. But in my experience, with any bank, not just Wells Fargo, ask about fees for everything they sign you up for: opening, annual, closing, etc. Don't rely on your ability to read fine print. Just say: "Tell me about all the fees associated with this account."

I deposit almost daily in my fathers business accout and one of the tellers made a msitake over adding $400 dollars into the accout. I went next day to tell them about it and they thank me and asked me if my name is added on the accout and i said no cz im only depositing. I get my father the next day to add my name on the account and they just didnt help me becuase my identification Id was one day expired and they refused to accept CA drivers liecence as an Id. My father the owner of the account told them that this guy is my son and that is my account i need him to be added and they didnt make it. I will close the account and never deal with them again.

I highly recommend this Wells Fargo branch. Everyone always treats me like family here. The manager and employees truly value their relationships with the community and go above and beyond to help. I highly recommend Alvaro for premier banking and Notary services. Robert, Carlos, and victor are great as well. Thanks for helping me out guys!

Went to the branch during normal business hours and was stopped at the door by the manager. He said their systems were down and refused to let me exchange $20 bills into a $100 bill for a gift. I immediately went down the street and signed up a new account at a local credit union. Wells Fargo has lost my business.

The best
