I recently required assistance with transactions in my account. First I called the corporate customer service number and they had to escalate my issue to a higher level representative. Due to the nature of the issue, they recommended I go to my local branch and speak to a banker, which I did on Nov 2, 2023 at the Petaluma branch on Western Ave. Alvaro Pulido assisted me with my account. I would say it was a very good experience. Alvaro listened carefully to my questions and concerns, examined my account and the transactions in question, and effectively clarified everything for me. I left with a good understanding of my account and I felt happy with the experience. You can tell when someone really wants to help you and Alvaro really does. I recommend him to anyone that wants to speak to a professional banker that also cares.

I made an appt to go into Wells Fargo as it appears that a deposit I made wasn't credited to my acct. I ended up with some time, so I went in a day early, it was 2:30 p.m. on a Thursday so I went into the bank and inquired. The man behind the counter and one helping a customer at a desk had their masks below their nose. I just learned I have asthma and cannot be around improperly masked business personnel. He told me they were booked for the rest of the day (at 2:30 ?) they couldn't look to see where THEY MAY HAVE MADE AN ERROR IN MY ACCOUNT? WOW! I wasn't rude, I did say I could only meet with someone properly masked. I think they're great because they are so blatantly unprofessional. If I rated them poorly, you MIGHT be able to find my review IF YOU LOOKED REAL HARD. Course this review might end up lost in space anyway.

After much disappointment with our local branch, I have to say how this location expedited our needs from the initial point of making an appointment to the entire process of handling our Revocable Trust was SUPERB! Johanna navigated each step with knowledge, confidence, clear direction and communication with much kindness. All the angst and stress of going through incompetencies of San Rafael Wells Fargo and 3 failed visits , Petaluma Branch took care of all of our needs in a timely manner. I never thought to write a review on a bank but they deserve a positive recognition as they run a tight ship, well oiled machine. And also kudos to their branch manager Ryan. It's worth driving 22 miles from our home.

I just went in there this morning to deposit my money because the atm machines weren't working at the moment so I found it easy to just walk in really quick, sad to say they have the worst customer service ever, the lady came up to me very rudely, and disgusted while asking me a question and stood way to close to me and said I couldn't stand next to my husband and we had to leave. Like I understand people should stand 6 feet away from someone but she wasn't respecting my space so she had no need to come at me disrespectfully in the first place. Definitely don't recommend this specific bank. Head over to chase, which is right next to it, I'm sure there customer service is way better.

these folks really care about the community and have been helping out those who are unable to get to their local branches due to the latest set of power outages. the bankers are patient and kind. it was wonderful to see they were open and able to help out folks who came from other areas to get their banking needs done!

Marion Wagner is truly an angel. My 89 year old father's assisted living residence burned to the ground on Fountaingrove Pkwy in Santa Rosa during the Stubbs firestorm on Sunday night. He had just minutes to evacuate and left with only the clothes on his back. He lost everything. I'd, bank cards etc.... We walked into he Wells Fargo branch on Western in Petaluma. We were directed to Marion Wagner. Marion was so compassionate to my father. Marion took care of what my father needed with such professionalism and compassion and quickly put to rest some feats my traumatized 89 y/o father had. Thank Marion so much. Thank you Wells Fargo. I've been a lifelong wells customer and this is my location of choice. Cynthia usually helps me with all my paychecks and deposits, and she's always such a pleasure to interact with. This is one of the kindest and friendliest Wells branches I've encountered. If you have the choice, go here!!
