After losing out on house after house I finally found one that I loved but it was down to the wire for putting in the offer and I needed lender approval. Wayne stepped up after hours got me what I needed, walked me through the process, help me get a loan that was just right for me. He was helpful and kind and understanding. Buying a house is so stressful but Wayne made it a little bit easier. And six months later when interest rates dropped, Wayne contacted me. He told me at the inception of my loan that he would keep an eye on the interest-rate and let me know the right time to refinance. He kept his word without prompting. He walked me through the refi and made it go smooth as silk. If I’m ever looking to refinance again or buy another house I’ll definitely be asking Wayne to help me with my mortgage loan.

This was my second attempt to refi my vacation property this year. The first attempt was a flop.Having retired 18 months ago, I was told by my previous lender and holder of my mortgage that I would not qualify for a refinance, because I didn't have a job or pension. It took a month of paperwork and unresponded voice mails for the previous originator to figure this out.Wayne proved them wrong by providing a path that satisfy the income requirements through my investments while making the process much easier than it should have been. Wayne was responsive and I never got the impression that he was too busy, all during a time when everyone in the origination business is too busy.I will be using Wayne in the future.Flip

When I started my process I was working with another lender. They took forever to reply. never did follow up. I wanted to put an offer on a property and no one was responding to me. My Redfin realtor gave me Wayne's name. He was the BEST!!! He has a great grasp on what's happening in the market and what it takes to close. I had a difficult sell in San Francisco and purchase in Petaluma. He made it happen with little effort on my side. I'm sure it was difficult on his side to coordinate the sell and buy transaction. I'd really recommend him any time.
