I can’t tell you how disappointing this clinic has become. My 14 1/2 yo goldendoodle is a patient there and when I have called them (three times this past year) when we have an emergency, and especially today, when she’s struggling, they tell me they wish they could help but sorry, take her to emergency. Wtf?!? Totally over it. The emergency care at TruVet has always been better anyway so I guess we are better off there. Thanks for nothing in our time of need Washington Square Vet!!

Dr. Boutilier is awesome! She takes the time to explain things, answer questions, and calls to give results if tests. We were very happy with Moxies care. And, of course, the best staf we have ever experienced! ❤️

Docs recommended Librela for my dogs arthritis. One shot once a month. He was doing fine on his previous meds and had good blood work. After the first shot, he became very ill, vomiting, uncontrolled urinating and loss of mobility in his back legs. I was told to just wait alittle and the second shot would make him so much better. 3 days after the second shot, I had to have him euthanized. His body completely shut down. No one ever said anything about the adverse effects of this drug! Even after I voiced my initial concerns. I trusted them. Please, please do not get a Librela shot. Please do not trust these vets. They killed my dog!!!!!

Expensive- Difficult to get appointments when you need them and not good at returning calls. They are very good at referring to emergency vets. I switched

Hello All...
We do not usually recommend folks or perhaps were just lazy..We must say that Washington Square Veterinary clinic saved our German Shepherd Lucy's life! We have no children of our own and Lucy is our baby... The care and concern started from the moment we called them. Immediate Pyometra surgery was needed .. The staff worked hard and fast , we brought her in and they removed about 5 lbs. out of her inside's that were infected . What a Wonderful and Caring Team . Lucy feels so much better...!
We were thinking of moving to Italy but now were staying in Petaluma because of these Lovely and Caring Folks !They are AWESOME ! THANK YOU DR .BOUTILIER ,DR JOHNSON, NOELLE,CLAIRE, ASHLEY AND EVERYBODY THERE THAT TOOK CARE OF LUCY AND US !!!!
