Friendly staff who were able to quickly find the item I was looking for. If they are pushy about a phone number, because the Ulta POS asks them to ask you, and you don't feel comfortable providing one, just say no.

Came in here last week, was very overwhelmed with the amount of products in the store but luckily an employee by the name of Ashley was extremely helpful. She helped me find a skincare routine that was suitable for me. Wonderful store.?

I came in looking for Concealer, primer, and lip liner everything seemed to be fine a woman mid weight short brown hair helped but then as soon as she saw me and my friends together looking for the items we wanted SHE and another worker with a brunette ponytail assumed we were about to steal. We heard them speaking terribly of us saying we were about to steal and to follow us around the whole store. This felt like racial profiling. I usually hate to write reviews like these but this customer service was not it. This inconvenience made me and my friends very uncomfortable. Walked in the store and immediately profiled as bad people but in the end we DID IN FACT end up paying for our own items with OUR own money. Workers need to do better and stop profiling everybody that walks in. Just because we don’t look like social expectation of rich and nicely dressed DOES not mean we have trashy personalities. Please fix this. I will be going to other locations if this is not fixed. Just because we are high schoolers does not mean we would steal. Worker also said to call security as soon as something was fishy.

If only the customer service was as good as their selection. Or came close! Customer service 2/10. The employees may moonlight as bouncers, and gotten their jobs confused? Standing by the door 15 minutes before closing, in an effort to tell each customer exactly how long they have. Then....verbally telling customers in the checkout line "you now have 2 minutes", "you now have 1 minutes," etc.....to the point they told my elderly mother, in the midst of paying, "you now have no time." My mom is almost 70, trying to check out and the cashier was acting as a stopwatch. Does she not have a mother, grandmother, etc? Where is the humanity?! Wtf PS-to the employees....you would be able to go home a lot faster if you simply asked your CUSTOMERS if they needed help finding anything. We woulda been out way faster. But I hope guarding the door made you feel much more fulfilled

It breaks my heart to write bad review, since I try always think people try their best. Got my hair done by Nailea B. Highlights and cut, may hair is very fine but I have lot of it. She seemed to know what she was talking so I trusted her. But she gave me horrible yellow highlights plus she must of toned them yellow, because the color was on like 2 hours, the cut is so so as well, which would be easier fix. I was in the rush to leave since it took more then 4,5 hours finish all this, so I didn't get the chance to really analyze the hair do. I felt bad that she worked so hard so I left her good tip. Little did I know, when I put my hair in the ponytail the front is not even close to hairline it's like inch and half further plus it's so uneven like I've let me 9 year color my hair. I don't know what to do, I would love to get refunded or get it fixed and hope I'm not loosing any of my hair!

Terrible. Scheduled an appointment a few weeks out; they canceled without letting me know or confirming. I scheduled here a couple years ago 2021 for a photoshoot, and they canceled on me just a few days before without acknowledgment of any sort! Will go to another location and make sure I give their competition raving reviews.

Lots of good things about this store. The customer service/make-up assistants have always been helpful with selections, suggestions, color options and application of make-up to help me decide what works best. They don't always have exactly what I need in stock but that's just the state of retail these days, still dealing with the fall out from supply chain issues. The problem lies when I get to the register for check out. They're pretty aggressive in wanting a phone number. When I politely decline, I get hit with all the repercussions of not offering it up. Two different sales clerks commented about how I "Might run into issues with returns, exchanges, or if I lose a gift card, it can't be replaced". So, my reciept isn't worth the paper it's printed on if they can't get my phone#? I'm only airing my grievernce because this is consistent protocol for here. Shopping at Ulta is a great experience, but I always leave with a bad taste in my mouth.

Marilyn was the absolute best and helped my mom and I so much on Saturday. She took the time and care to help my mom understand the credit card process and got her help from another lovely lady (I wish I asked for her name!) who spoke Spanish and helped match her skin tone. Best place to go for makeup and feeling good overall!

So this Ulta Beauty must have good management? Cause their employees are so sweet and helpful every time I go and dude that helped my husband and I find the right hair jell you're A1 and I'm always going to come back.

Always a great experience when browsing in here, I like to drag my bf along with me or shop by myself but one day I was feeling sorta down and browsing for some eyeliners and some new glitters/good foundation match and the employees are always kind when I have questions about certain products or brands. At checkout today I had some extra time and signed up for the rewards card and I'm glad I did I shop here frequently for skincare and self care products and the cashier was very kind to me even though I had some trouble with the buttons to finish the process but overall 100/10 for kind and genuine customer service and it made my day way better to stop here for a few shiny pick me ups. Makeup and skincare are always expensive since it's a luxury item but the rewards and coupons they offer do help :)
