After going to Verizon and calling the phone help line for Verizon, they said my phone was defective. UBreakiFix fixed it within two hours and had it returned to me in perfect working order. Nice staff and quality work

Awful experience with them unfortunately. The technician rescheduled three times, the day of the appointment and then ended up canceling it, transferring it to the next day. Then showed up an hour late the next day when we had the appointment. Fixed the phone screen, but put in a new battery instead which was not on the order and the battery did not hold the charge, so my phone died immediately. Tried to call the company, nobody answers. Made an appointment online for the following day for them to fix their mistake, called a bunch of times, no answers on the phone. Finally had to drive 45 minutes to their shop, have them make the repair, and then 45 minutes back. Really wrecked my schedule for a full 2 days. Apparently the technician who attempted the original repair is a manager, but if he left some wires unhooked then it sounds like he needs additional training for his position. Really unfortunate situation, I have no choice but to leave a one star review after this awful experience that should have taken 15 minutes but ended up taking over 48 hours.

Worst experience ever.i was without a phone for almost 6 days.i finally had to take a day off of work to get it fixed.My phone battery used to last all day after taking it in for a broken screen my battery only lasts 3 hours.before it lasted 14 hours I dont trust this company at all

Not good. Two weeks to get my phone checked. First, waited until they received the part. Never once received a phone call from anyone, I had to call everyday. Then, told the Samsung server was down. Again, never called to let me know it was up and running. I had to call daily. Finally, told the phone could not be fixed, but the phone was returned to me with more issues on the small screen (samsung Flip 6). One day waited 20 minutes for the place to open as no seemed to show up for work.
My advise would be to try one of the other UBreak stores.

uBreakiFix company came out like they said they and about 15 minutes later my Samsung Note10 was fixed! I would recommend this company!

I do not recommend! Try the San Rafael location you will have better luck.
Here is my story:
- Samsung warranty send me there with an appointment since it's very close to my house
- Go to the store (this store) the day of, they had no appointment and not the part.. ok this can happen. We make an appointment for the following week after they order the part (new screen)
- Come back one week later after trying to call for hours but they never pick up to find that they did not have the "machine" to replace my screen and tried to push me to Napa store. I answered : Call me when you receive the machine I will come back.
- they never called back.. never answered the phone
- endedup going to the store 2 weeks later to ask if they had the machine.. dude had no idea what I was talking about. He took my phone for repair that same day.. I was pretty happy..
- Came back at night to get my phone, the had done nothing and the guy told me: we ran it through a scan and it came back with an error. It needs to be sent to samsung.. this made no sense. looks like they were just lying.
- Called samsung which had no idea of what this lie could be about and told me to go to San Rafael.
- Went to San Rafael location and they changed my screen the same day, no question asked.. They seemed to know about Petaluma location just playing with clients.
That was a long story sorry, but I hope it will be usefull for somebody who is also being played by this terribly managed store.
