This review is for the Company T-Mobile and is no reflection of the office or employees of the local office. If i could give no stars I would. On Friday i spent 2 hours of valuable work time on the phone with T-mobile. I decided on the recommendation from a friend to switch from Xfinity. ** First you have to do everything one the phone, no online chat. Even thought I expressed the process was taking too long, it was one sales pitch after another. Finally at the end, I was told I would get an email to sign or I would get a phone call to confirm all the details. I received the phone call, and assumed all was in place. Today i decided to check on my order, and found an email saying my order was cancelled!!! I called them, and yes, they confirmed by order was canceled and had no reason other no note they wanted to refer me to a store. I gave this company my credit card #, my SS# (becuase they said they needed to run my credit). Pick out a phone, a watch etc... If I could say it as many times as Taylor Swift, I WILL NEVER EVER, do business with this company, and will proceed to tell every one I know. Email attached to confirm my anger.

Cody was fantastic to work with on switch from At&T to T-Mobile. His Manager Dang was also a great help. The only complaint is the time it takes and the specific info that is needed to switch carriers. We spent 2.5 hours first day and about 2 hours second day to get everything squared away.

The best service I have from T mobile is to bring my unlocked iPad in and add data. My family gifted it about 2012. Leaving unlocked was my smart move.

Dang and Cody helped us out with adding a new line to our plan as well as setting up my boyfriend's new iphone. The entire process they were 100% friendly and eager to be of assistance! Cody was very patient with us, and explained any of our concerns with a great attitude! Highly recommend this location, 10/10 service!!

I have nothing against the employees here, they do their best to help and are super nice, it is the company that IS the problem! I pay premium prices (well over $100 per month) and can't get good internet OR phone service every time I turn a corner! Tmobile is complete GARBAGE!! Their service map said the town of sonoma HAS full coverage in MOST areas, but I have discovered that is FAR from the truth!!!! The company LIES right from the get go, ALL they want is money from as many customers as they can! My phone CONSTANTLY say I have NO internet OR bars for cell service!!! I can't get service at work either! I have currently REMOVED ALL payment methods, so they will no longer be able to charge without MY say in it! I am so angry with Tmobile and their LIES and I will be speaking to someone about my dissatisfaction on Monday! THE TAKEAWAY: stay the F*** away from tmobile! They are greedy S.O.Bs. their commercials are outright LIES used to LURE you in. Please go elsewhere for cell service.

Thank you T-Mobile Petaluma! Cody,for setting my new phone up and Dang,for literally sitting at the table with my laptop helping me connect my phone to my lost Facebook account. They were pretty busy but he worked with me until it was fixed. I've got 16 solid years with this company because their customer service is so good. Much appreciated!!!

In recent storms we lost power and had no service but learned our neighbors did with T-mobile. We went to a couple T-mobile locations and researched how to change service providers prior to arriving to the Petaluma team, this group of guys know their stuff, are patient, helpful finding deals and so kind! Work with Dylan he's a magician! All of the staff we interacted were very approachable and we felt we were in great hands despite a long wait with loads customers who were quite cranky and rude.

I've had to come into this store (by the way it is a corporate store not a 3rd party owned store), twice this year. Actually, twice within the past 3 months and it's not because I'm a T-Mobile customer, though it will be that way soon, but because I am a Sprint customer whose account and phones were still on the Sprint network & billing I needed some help with converting things over (new SIM card, backing up phone, transfer info from an Android to an iPhone, etc.). Each time I went in I was acknowledged, especially if no one was available to help me (as in they were busy with other customers) they would always say "someone will be with you shortly" to whoever walked through the door. And each time I've been in there they were always cheerful and helpful. Good customer service!
