I have been going there for 6 or 7 years and I have always had good experiences. The lady who is the store manager there now, I don't know her name, but she has helped me numerous times and she was very knowledgeable, nice and seems hard working, salt of the earth type person. I can honestly, say that I believe one would have a good experience in shopping at this store.

One of the very best shopping experiences I’ve ever had especially in a big book store! On Saturday I needed something and I needed it in a hurry. I called the store to see if they had it and they did so I went there and I walked in the door. I wasn’t sure where to go to get it, so I was standing there trying to make up my mind and a woman at the cashiers counter called over to me and said, did you just call about the XYZ device and I said yes. She said hang on I’ll go get it for you and she went in the back and came right out with it and I walked over to the cashier counter and bought it. It took me all about three minutes from walking in the door to walking out the door. She was just great!

Went to buy cheater reading glasses at my local Petaluma staples store, they refused to let me buy the exact pair that I needed because it was the display model without a box. The ones with a box did not have the appropriate strength needed available, yet the had 2 display models exactly the same model. Refusing a costumer a product that is in stock, and the have 2 display models exactly the same Is one the most poorest example of customer service I have ever experienced! Plus no body even showed they cared. So sad!

I need d to print 1 page tonight so I stopped by. I walked over to the print area. The worker Chris was seated on a stool talking to another customer. Eventually he asked how I was. I responded with good and you? He response was "I' busy". He didn't ask if I needed help. After an awkward pause I responded with "If you're too busy I can ask someone else for help". He rolled his eyes and proceeded to inform me of the process. I went to the printer and he began to talk to the other customer about how adults are like the kids he teaches. He continued to talk inappropriately about me to the other customer. Very uncomfortable being there. The page printed nicely though.

I wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful it was to deal with Anna at staples She was extremely helpful to me . I meant to tell her that day but ran out of time .. Just wanted to say she was great ( couldn't have done it without her )Also got extra above & beyond help from Dave .

It has just about everything i would need, even some things I couldn't find at places like target. Mostly in the school supplies area, it also has a large selection of various things one would need for gaming, professional work, and electronics. It reminds me of a smaller Office Depot?

The customer service is fantastic at this Staples. There is a new App and Brenda, the sales manager, told everyone entering the store how to save $10. This is one of the few places it is better to go the store then shop on line.

I just wrote a rather scathing review about Manager Brenda deliberately embarrassing an employee in front of me (the customer). I wish I had maintained my cool and sadly hadn't, Both when I spoke to Brenda and when I sent my review. I verbally attacked Brenda which was the exact same dynamic that I was criticizing her for, and I was COMPLETELY in the wrong and I apologize to Brenda. After I attacked her she said she'd had a really bad day, could she tell me about it? I said, "No" and left. Here is what I wish that I'd said: We all have bad days and it is NEVER okay to take it out on somebody else, particularly a person or animal who cannot do anything to protect themselves. I do also have to say that I'm unimpressed that the manager that I left a message for didn't return my call. So, Brenda, please, in the future (and I will try to take my own advice), do not treat others badly because you feel upset. There was nothing at all that they young lady whom you embarrassed did wrong. Perhaps someone has done this to you in your past? I know I've had it happen to me and seen others do it to other people and I did it that unfortunate day. My apologies. I hope everyone apologized to the young lady who was trying to help me with my purchase.
