For two years, I’ve taken my 2018 AllRoad to these guys. As one who loves to drive, I’ve driven to Canada and back, and down to SoCal. And these guys helped to make this happen — They always deliver excellent service coupled with exceptional skills. A great Team!

I hit a deer two days ago while on my honeymoon. Walked in and, within 20 minutes, they screwed in the plate underneath the car and did so for free. Cannot rave highly enough about this shop. Incredible people, and so kind. Unlike any mechanic you could think of.

These are the guys you can trust!! My wife’s beloved Q5 was leaking coolant and they painstakingly took it apart and fixed up all the leaks for a fair price. Will always take my VW or Audis here.

I feel so lucky to have found this place after a string of not so great experiences elsewhere. These guys are very skilled & knowledgeable and refreshingly honest too. I'd been dealing with a leak for years that no one could figure out & they really put in the extra time & energy to get to the bottom of it. I will not be taking my car anywhere else, we are both very happy now.

Great shop and nice to work with. Took my wife’s VW Alltrack in because the brakes were squaling so I expected to have to replace the rear brakes. The owner called and said the brakes were fine just a little dirty. He notice the windshield wiper arm was bent so we ordered that and they will be doing a full service next week. I’ve been in the car business for 20 years and I think this is a great shop. They will have my business going forward.

These guys were great I had a water pump problem and they fix it and took care of it within a couple of days. They're also reasonable and friendly I would recommend anybody to go and have their car done there

Best mechanics I've ever been to. I took my old Audi there and now my Acura. They are honest and incredibly reasonable guys, I highly recommend them.

Best German auto repair shop in Petaluma ! I take my VW and my Audi here and Eric's staff is always helpful, honest and are so much better and cheaper than the dealer. I'll never go back to the Stealership again .

First time here. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and inspection on my VW and they had openings within a week. They let me wait in their reception area - I had to head to work right after and couldn't drop it off. It was very fast service. I'm glad I could find an auto shop like this. We've always gone to the dealership for this kind of stuff for years, but the one in S Rosa is awful. My warranty is up anyway. I highly recommend this shop and will be bringing my car here for routine and bigger maintenance needs.

I was driving through Petaluma and an axle blew out on my Audi, so I got it towed to Sonoma Autowerks because that was the first place I found in the area that worked on Audis. Turned out to be a great choice, they fixed everything for a fair price. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Found Eric here on yelp, he saved me!My windshield wipers weren't working. I spoke with numerous mechanics, went to three different shops all made the fix seem difficult, time consuming & costly. I was impressed with his knowledge. He had them working in no time. It was an easy fix!Found me a new VW specialist! Thank you again!

When I called the Porsche dealership Marin and was quoted upwards of $1600 to replace just brake pads on a Macan, I sought elsewhere. After googling Porsche mechanics in the Petaluma area this shop came up. So I called them to discuss, after I purchased parts to replace with better rotors and ceramic brake pads it still came out to less than half of what I was quoted by the dealership. These guys were great & able to get me in for an appointment about a week and half out, even though it's the holidays season and I'm sure they're busy. They did a great job and answered all my questions. I was back on the road with upgraded brakes in just a few hours! Thank you Sonoma Autowerks!
