You're all a bunch of cry babies! grow up Safeway Lucky's Albertsons none of those got it right on the first try and you still shop there. I don't use the mobile app for anything I just shop it's a great store

Great prices although you can’t get waited on. Their customer service is the worst in Petaluma, they need more cashiers during afternoon. I have walked out many many times because they lack help up front.

Smart and Final is always hit or miss at this location, but the latter is usually the case. Thankfully it is much better than others in the county, but not by much. While they do have great pricing on bulk items, you have to be careful and inspect some of it, namely veggies and fruit. When it comes to staff, they are usually missing in the store minus the checkout staff, which is always understaffed, so there are long lines. I mean it is what it is, but just a bummer as the brand and store has potential.

Best one I've been to, great selection of meats and produce, it's so nice! It doesn't feel like a discount store or anything. It's huge!

I would leave a 0 stars review if I could. It's amazing how they couldn't get their discounts they had advertised in the aisles unless you downloaded their app which I did and it still didn't work, employee was not helpful I left my whole cart of groceries at checkout after spending almost an hour shopping. Way to go Smart & Final, this is the final time I'm shopping there.Response to response: I understand you have marketing requirements however your app doesn't work as described for the average user OR employees. I get you want my email to send me specials etc so collect that and allow the customer to EASILY get the discount - not take 20+ mins to setup and use only to have it FAIL MISERABLY. Makes me not want to shop there at all!!

Like anyplace, you have to comparison shop. Some things are cheaper at Costco, some things cheaper at Safeway. Pay attention and you can save on items here.I mainly stop at this location to use the Charge point car chargers. $1.25 for an hour @ 6kw.

So I was there yesterday. The digital coupon I needed was not on the app. I brought the tag to the checker and he would not take off the 3$. Literally refused if it wasn’t in the app. He was talking with a fake British accent and refused! I was so mad! I use to spend about 300$ a week and he was so rude it’s making me question shopping there! I’m sure this is not your policy. But he was taking it to the extreme. Kept saying well you can come back. He clearly had the tag and I feel that this is a bad business practice! Please instruct your checkers to follow good customer service practices. As this was not!
