Just purchased a Posh and Lavish split king bed from Sleep City here in Petaluma. Our salesperson, Heidi, was a pleasure to work with. She understood our needs and made sure they were met. Delivery and set up was quick and easy. So nice to shop local where the concerns of the customer comes first.

Great location. Bought a fantastic bed at a great price. The employee, Kirby, was very helpful with what bed would suit my sleep style, and wasn't a pushy salesman.

I bought a mattress from here pre-covid. The salesman (a very patient younger gentleman) walked me around the whole store and as I told him about my wants/needs he showed me models that he thought would be a match for me. The experience was top notch and I left very happy and with a new mattress delivery set up. I will definitely be shopping here again for any future mattress needs.

I am reposting this to all their store locations...we happened to visit a couple of their locations while deciding what to buy. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my experience at Sleep City!!! I was waking up night after night with hip pains. After discussing mattress options with these folks, we determined my needs would be best suited with a Posh + Lavish mattress. It's been a few months now and I have never slept better. The entire experience was top notch! Delivery was fast and easy and the delivery team was so respectful of our home. THANK YOU to the entire Sleep City team!!! I highly recommend visiting one of their stores when you're ready to make your next mattress purchase.

Couldn't have asked for a more helpful, knowledgeable, and professional purchasing experience thanks to Kirby Gooch! Not only is he a delightful young man, he is extremely knowledgeable. We were in and out of the store within 20 minutes because we told him exactly what we were looking for and he delivered. He was the only one in the store with us, so we had our own personal sleep concierge. He should get a raise

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!! Katie was great. She listened to my needs, educated me, and guided me as I made my decision. She was not pushy at all and lead with education. They also deliver mattresses for FREE and remove your old one. What's even better is that they are locally owned and were able to deliver my bed within a couple of days. I would highly recommend & definitely ask for Katie.

Pleasant staff, but really high prices. When we winced at the total, the lady immediately dropped the price almost $200!?!? Price was still too high, so we left for Mancini instead, but it was clear they're just making up arbitrary, inflated numbers. So odd.

I've purchased 2 sets in last 9 years ,but when delivery young men brought down old set they damaged walls , and 3 calls to Joel in Rohnert Park the head man . No repairs have been taken care of.
