Everything was nice enough, but was shocked by the price, probably the most expensive Sheraton I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ll put out for context, I’ve spent >350 lifetime nights at various Marriott properties for work& vacation). Not bad, just not worth $400 /night
Walkability: Not walkable, surrounded by highway
Food & drinks: Restaurant open for dinner. Shop with some snacks, coffee, and wine that is intermittently staffed (but has more extensive wine selection than most!)

One of our favorite places to stay when visiting the Sonoma area.
Nearby activities: Downtown Petaluma just a few minutes away, always fun to walk.
Food & drinks: Great restaurants in downtown, love Della Fattoria for a fresh delicious breakfast

Bad experience here at the Sheraton Sonoma and Petaluma. It was mines and my finances wedding weekend. We tried to check in early because we did so on the app. We couldn’t get an early check in which was fine, however even when it was 3pm check in time they were still cleaning the room.we didn’t mind waiting. Then 1 hour passed and they still needed 15 minutes to clean, the guy in the front desk said it’s because of a special surprise they have. Once we got to check in we went to the room, which was still not very clean and there was no suprise making me beleive that they just said that so they can get extra cleaning time. Also, I had to call twice just to get some towels delivered to our room. After my wedding weekend, we were charged $100 on our card that was not the charge for the room. I was curious so I called but was told they would have to call me back in 2-5 business days, it’s a little weird that they don’t know what this charge is for?Well anyways I wouldn’t stay here again for the price it is not worth it imo.

Luckily, I was upgraded to a suite.
There is a trail next to the hotel where you can run. Unfortunately, the bridge has collapsed, so be careful when passing it. There are no restaurants or shopping options within walking distance.

So far everything on I wanted on the website has been discontinued. The TV menu reads room service AM. I called to order breakfast before meeting. It has been disconnected
Second, on the website, FREE breakfast , NO free breakfast.
Front desk is inconsistent. Operator at front desk does not answer in timely manner. Evening room service closed before hours posted. NOTHING but bad information posted. Would Nerver pay this price again for this service.

This is an absolutely lovely hotel, from the moment I opened the door of my room I was happy …. Everything was wonderful!
I asked for this and I asked for that, and Jeremy at the front desk just made it all happen with a smile, he was nothing but kind and helpful and welcoming.

Our stay was so wonderful! The hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean. The beds are SO comfortable!!! Perfect after a long day of wine tasting. The staff were very accommodating of our needs and anything that came up to make sure we had a great stay. Definitely recommend!

Jerry from the front desk, it alll happend March 8 to march 9 2024 me and wife had a bad experienced here. My wife and me felt unwelcome when we check in here, after getting our id and info did not explain anything about the services, we think his conversation with her colleague is more important thatn there customer. We past by so many times that we fell like we are customer. That guy need more training about how customer service work. He need to discipline. Read all the comments and do some research first before coming here. There is 15 dollars parking fee.
