I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service my family and I received at your store on December 26th, 2023. I visited the store today with my family around 4:30 pm. My son found a pair of designer shoes in the clearance section. We went to the cashier to check out; the cashier said the price tag was not for the correct shoe; by the way, " there were three tag prices on top of each other with a yellow clearance tag, to mention both pairs had the same amount of tags and professionally attached to the shoes, with original tag." the young man cashier started removing tags immediately, and according to the cashier, none of all three price tags were correct. He tried to find the price on the website, he wasn’t able to locate the shoes online. He also said customers are putting these tags on the shoes in front of the other customers, which doesn't make sense. He also pushed us away from the counter by saying you have to move I need to help another customer without resolving the issue that they created. Very unprofessional.The manager on duty came without even checking the price tag; he said this is not the right price, but when we asked what is the price; he did not know. We tried to tell him we understand it is a designer shoe; however, one of the shoes had discoloration, and we assumed because of that, they lowered the price and added a yellow tag for sale. The manager goes in his office to check for the price, afterwards he comes back with the price of ten times more then the price on the tag. We ask the manager a simple question how can this happen and does this mean that all the discounted shoes have wrong price tags ? He didn’t even attempt to check the shoe section with us and confirm that the other designer shoes had the same price tags, pricing and a yellow round tag as well, same as the ones that we wanted to purchase. He just replied I don’t know and he shared unnecessary information: we are short-staffed, this is an outlet store an that he doesn’t have control when shipment come to the store, everything can happen, people/customers steal that's why stores are closing. Him and his team don't do inventory and don't do price control and he said this is outlet store, he was sharing this again in front of everyone in the store, basically, him and his team don’t care. He said directly to me in front of his staff and other customers; maybe YOU steal, maybe I steal, in front of my family, I was stunned. I just pulled up my phone and wanted to call the police; however, if my husband and son weren't there, I would have called the police. I advised him immediately to check the cameras before he continued accusing me of stealing. He was pushy and unprofessional along with the cashier; the manager kept saying: Do you guys want to buy it or not? This is what we can do.I would give zero reviews if I could.I would like to request that you take this complaint seriously and address the issues we encountered during our visit to your store. The lack of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service displayed by the staff, especially the manager, were completely unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

5 Star + Experience! Excellent customer service experience with Paris & Kate on a jewelry exchange process. It's always nice to be greeted by happy staff members who enjoy what they do and have a customer centric attitude. This day and age, all companies need that in order to maintain their customer base and expand on it.

The term "bargain" at this outlet is relative to the original price of the luxury items...for example, I'm a fan of their end of season ~$50 cashmere sale, not so much the $450 tags on cashmere from the sale rack during the autumn-winter seasons. This store is definitely a hit-or-miss for fashion, price and sales rep service. I've had great and poor experiences here, but hardly any mediocre visits.

Tried going in and security told me store was closed 15mins before their actual closing time. I rushed from work just to pick up one specific item. Locks were locked with employees inside.

I had not been into this store in a few months, but I was out holiday shopping today and stopped in.Where is everything?No handbags.Minimal shoes.Jewelry display cases were empty.Is the store closing?Remodel?I looked around for maybe 10 minutes and sadly...left.Hopefully, they will restock soon!

I had not been into this store in a few months, but I was out holiday shopping today and stopped in. Where is everything? No handbags.Minimal shoes.Jewelry display cases were empty. Is the store closing? Remodel? I'll echo what others stated about staff not being most helpful or even engaging. The same person walked by me twice and didn't make eye contact. The first time was at the door as I walked in. The second was in jewelry/handbags where what was left is chained up, but nobody is available to assist. I looked around for maybe 10 minutes and sadly...left.

Their menswear is expensive but memorable. If you're in the area, it's a great place to just browse and look for bargains. I bought a great hoodie and a t-shirt. They look great!
