Employee's are very very helpful and kind returns are accepted with a smile just as a sale the store is always very clean and Merchandise is displayed beautifully not like most outlet stores It is truly a pleasure to shop there.

5 Star + Experience! Excellent customer service experience with Paris & Kate on a jewelry exchange process. It's always nice to be greeted by happy staff members who enjoy what they do and have a customer centric attitude. This day and age, all companies need that in order to maintain their customer base and expand on it.
