SUPER EXPENSIVE AND SUPER STUCK-UP. The ladies working there will do their best to not make you feel welcome with their rude looks under their breath sighing. I can’t believe this place has been open for 12 years I’m shocked how they have stayed open. The clothing brand I’ve never ever heard of so I have no idea how it’s almost $100 for a T-Shirt. I mean come on seriously what a rip off.

Best boutique Sonoma County -wide! Shop here and fall in love with a personally curated collection of clothing, shoes, boots, belts, and Campomagi bags! Also some nice small housewares and accessories, But the heart of Robindira's shop is her jewelry design using exotic stones in unique statement necklaces and rings. She has recently opens a second location in Calistoga which is perfect for her shop. Worth the drive to either location, especially from Marin where you would be hard pressed to find anything close to her unique inventory .

I love this boutique clothing store! I've bought a few pieces from them, and thief candles are amazing! They have unique and sophisticated items that you can't find elsewhere. With that said...their items are anything but cheap. AND most importantly, the customer service is little to none. Brick & Mortars are closing due to the convenience of one line shopping, so one would assume that customer service would be stellar when shopping in person. The lady in the store did help by putting my clothes in the dressing room for me, but it ends there. She was too busy on the phone & on her computer to even check on me. At one point, I came out to do my own size exchange. Not a big deal, but when I spend 600$ I want to feel valued as a customer. This experience is not my first. I am posting this negates it is my experience in here, every. Single. Time. Get off the phone! Get off the computer! And Check your bad attitude at the door when you come to work. OR get a different job, because yours may or may not be the reason the doors stay open or close.

I have to say that it's difficult for me to write this review. I have been a loyal customer for years - supporting not only local artists but local businesses. I have followed Robinda from the very beginning when she first opened the store, admiring her progress, the splendid selections of unique items she always brings into the store. I admire the expansion of her business into the home & decor arena and have purchased quite a few items for my home and jewelry for myself, family and friends. I have also bragged about her store, her products and the ambiance of her store to others and have referred them to purchase from her directly by visiting her store. Today, my experience changed that and left me with little desire to stay more than 3mins inside the store. The woman working at the store today was rude, unfriendly and seemed to have an attitude or just a bad day. As we enter the store, my husband and I started browsing and walking towards the right hand side of the store. 40 seconds after we walked in this lady starts walking towards us and demands that we use the hand sanitizer located by the door while pointing to it. The tone of her voice was rude and very unfriendly my husband and I paused and looked at each other wondering why the attitude. My husband responded to her and said "Sure, no problem at all." Not even a welcome, a hello, a hi, how are you or good afternoon. A simple demand with no customer service skills is all it took for us to be turned off and to walk out. I have to add that the location of the hand sanitizer is not very visible as you enter the store. You have to be looking for it and literally turn your body to the left to notice it. There is also no signage indicating that their requirement to even proceed to browse is for customers to use the hand sanitizer first. I understand we're all going through challenging times during this pandemic. I understand that they're trying to be safe. The store has lots of products to browse all over the place. And, customers grabbing and touching the products so, it makes sense to use the hand sanitizer. While we appreciate their efforts to keep their customers and store safe and healthy we do not appreciate being treated with a rude, unfriendly and a demanding attitude. Particularly, when I was ready to drop quite few hundred $$$ in gifts on items I had already viewed on their website. All I was looking to do is to see them personally and just make a purchase. We ended up going back to SF and purchasing from local artists there. I hope this is just a one-time instance and that the lady we encountered today was just having a bad day and that she did not upset other customers or gave them the same experience. I wish I had obtained her name. Robinda needs to know how her employees are servicing her customers.

I went into the shop yesterday to check out the expansion. Wow, it not only looks great, but the clothing and gift items are amazing. And the staff is the sweetest. We are so fortunate to have a shop of this quality in downtown Petaluma!

This place is like heaven on earth. I can't walk in here without falling in love with something. Robindira and her family are so wonderful. I love stopping by to say hi to Lisa and I will always find something for my wish list or just something I can't live without. Her shoe and purse selection will send your shopping fix into a tizzy. Her instagram photos are soothing and elegant and will not let you forget how talented she is. Watermelon Tourmaline is going to be my next purchase because, well, I deserve it. If you walk by this place and have the urge to go in, don't fight it.

My husband and I discovered this beautiful boutique while visiting the wine country last week. While inside, we found out that the owner is a jewelry designer and along with the amazing handbags and clothing in the boutique they have an incredible selection of her beautiful jewelry. The staff was really gracious and helpful. I couldn't leave without getting something for myself, so I bought large leather tote that was made in Italy. It's already my favorite. We'll definitely be back the next time we visit the wine country!
