Nice people, great results, no lost items in my first five years and counting. Love that it's so close to Petaluma Market. Everything I want in a dry cleaner!I wish that Yelp would exclude the reviews of the previous owners redwood cleaners. For new people the low star overall ranking is completely in fair to the great current owners IMHO.

by far had the most worst experience here of the owner fast talking my staff into a service and not telling her how much it was gonna cost to do it we came in to get 12 table cloths cleaned and he changed us for extra service that brought the total out to $260 and when I spoke to him and explained him that was a mistake he said he will do $100 then went back on his word and then his wife who ever she was decided to yell at me and hung up in my face and was over talking me by far the most insulting experience I've ever he just ruined a alot of bussiness for his self because this service was for a major company and I will not ever step foot back in here I do not reccomend unless you like to be over talked and over charged

I've been taking my cleaning (dress shirts and suits) here since 1997. In all that time I have always had positive experiences - consistently polite, attentive, and good service. My things are always ready when they promise to have them ready and they do a good job with cleaning and pressing them. The family which owns the place is nearly always at the front desk and are ready with a polite hello. As for the complaints about the cost, I'm a bit blown away that you are upset about the prices to get your clothing hand cleaned and pressed. The prices are not that high and I'd rather pay a fair price so that the ladies doing the work can make a decent living.
