This is a house that provides service with the best technology and has never left you dissatisfied.
I can say that the clothes repair service was the best I've ever had.
I'm going to go ask for repairs again.

I've been using Plaza Cleaners since I moved to Petaluma in 2006 and I'm ashamed that I'm just leaving them a review now. Their work is always top-notch, reasonably priced and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. I'll never go anywhere else.

The zip on my beloved jacket was no longer working and I went in to Plaza Cleaners fully expecting that it would need to be replaced. Instead, the gentleman there took his pliers, did a few quick adjustments and my old zipper was good as new again. He wouldn't accept any money, just smiled and said, "Bring in some clothes to be cleaned". I will definitely do that!Service: Alterations

Everything I have brought there has come out perfect. They are also very friendly. Price seems the same as any other cleaner that I have been to, but other places have always left holes in my clothes; not here, I get back exactly what I give them except they make it better. They even cleaned the stains out of a white tie I brought in.

Excellent. Rush job on my suit for a date and they even made my dirty shirt appear clean even though it wasn't. I'm going back right now as soon as I get out of this suit.

The people that work here are extremely nice! They do a great job on hemming pants. With all that being said I have to say my dry cleaning was not great. Yea my items were clean, but the odor in them afterwards was awful. I'm not sure if it's the chemicals they use or if they were wrapped up in plastic before they were completely dey. A very strong mildew scent came off of 2 different bundles of cleaning that I brought in. I'd go back for alterations but not for cleaning as I'm very sensitive to this odor that is on my cashmere sweaters that needs to be recleaned.

I have been going to this cleaners and I love how they wash and take care of my clothes. The owners are so nice and hard working. I love how they can make my wool clothes look. Nice and soft. But I took in this jacket I had that had very delicate fabric and they were able to fix the damage strings of the jacket. I still have this jacket. I’m so happy they could work with that type of fabric. My jacket got repair and it looks like brand new.Service: Alterations

I have being using Plaza Cleaners since I moved to Petaluma. The work they do is excellent. I have had 20 to 25 garments altered, always happy with the results. It's a nice family owned business. Jake the owner-manger is a really nice person. The cleaning and pressing always comes out nicely. Never have had a broken button on a garment after being ironed there, I cannot say that for other cleaners.

This review is for alterations, the people who work here are nice but the prices are really high. I have been to four alterations places in San Francisco and one in Anaheim, and this was more expensive than all of them. It costed $40 to have a winter jacket shortened on the sleeves. Never had a jacket tailored so not sure how other prices compare. I have had a lot of sweatshirts/sweaters tailored though because I used to live in San Francisco. At all places I have been to prices have been 11-15 in the last two years. I came in for a price estimate for a sweatshirt and they told me it may be 28. I ended up not going through because other alterations places offer cheaper hemming with good quality. Sometimes "you get what you pay for" but in this case I have been to at multiple other places who are at least $13 cheaper with the same quality. I mentioned the prices in my reviews because a lot of places have certain prices for certain alterations, some even have a list of them posted in store. While I don't remember if this place does that, more than one place has told me to "come in and see" for a price estimate but when I get to the store there is a list posted. Hopefully I can save people reading some time.
