Kyle worked with me and my dog Cambeaux for the first time. It blew my mind how many things I was doing wrong and how many I was doing right when I trained my dogs. I went home and tried the rules that he mentioned, and already I notice the difference. Immediately, I signed up to bring my other rescue dog, Keeley in for training. I bought six lessons to work with Cambeaux (my shy guy Chiweenie) and six lessons to work with Keeley (my party girl JackChi). I am so excited to continue working with Kyle to find out how good I can get and how good my dogs can get.

Corporate run conglomerate with not enough employees to run the store every time I'm there I spend most of the time trying to track down an employee to help

Awful service from this Petco. My wife just recently tried reaching out to make an appointment with the vet clinic for our dog to be seen. An employee named Kate answered and was very rude. She put my wife on hold for 35 minutes while she was supposedly going to reach out to the vet clinic at Petco to request the appointment. No one answered and left her on the line with no response. My wife tried calling back multiple times, they wouldn’t answer and then the third attempt they hung up the call. If you don’t like assisting customers then this probably is not the right job for you. Props to the employees at the Santa Rosa location, much better service.

animals are uncared for/ employee did not care for a wounded animal rather leaving food instead of attention animals looked visibly stressed and often seen being aggressive towards one another

Thank you Andrew for an amazing customer service experience. What a dedicated team member he is. Andrew even call to Petco online service and activate my coupons for me. He explained and show to me how to use the Petco app and be able to shop smart and use all coupons.

They are ALWAYS SO HELPFUL and AMAZING! I got a new dog they helped me try on items, dog harness, raincoats etc and I’m disabled and ALWAYS CARRY OUT MY SUPPLIES
