They repaired a an old floor lamp - replaced the cord. We had called it in, dropped it off, and picked it up - all within a few weeks. We even exchanged e-mails. This was during the pandemic so we appreciated all of their efforts to stay in touch and the lamp? Well it is working just fine and the price was just right. Nice local business that will get ours again and again.

I had some problems with replacing the lighting heads on some track lighting. I went to Petalumens and received the most comprehensive information about the lighting and tracks I had and what I needed. It was like going to track lighting school, and I was so appreciative.

I was so glad to find a place to repair my lamp to avoid buying a new one and throwing yet another piece of crap in the landfills. This place is tucked away but quite cute. Mimi was super helpful.

We just had a lamp repaired here. Mimi was courteous, friendly, and tolerant of my associative impulses as I saw various items and options for several lighting-related projects in my life. This is a small operation, --in the positive sense,-- the kind of resource I expect to draw upon in the future. Only 4 stars for now because I haven't yet done all that much here, but I suspect that rating might easily climb.

They ordered some lights for us for our cabin in Guerneville. Unfortunately, they arrived on Friday 12/23 right before Christmas. Mimi called and said they would be closed all that next week, but to let me know what date/time was convenient and she would come and open the shop so I could pick them up. We set a date; she even gave me her cell number. I was thrilled when we arrived and indeed she had opened the store just for us. Transaction completed. Mimi was charming and very accomodating. They will get my business again.
