I recently had new tires put on my car and I was so impressed with pricing, quality of service, time it took to get me in and finish the job that I went back to get my brakes done as well. Diane is top notch and definitely gets a huge thank you along with the rest of her crew. So,

These folks are great. They have helped me out on several occasions. I had a warranty issue with some Hercules brand tires I had bought up in Susanville and they were able to validate the warranty and use that credit towards a new set of tires, from their shop. Dianne was who I dealt with. I know she went out of her way to help me. They are a family owned business. I would recommend them to anyone shopping around for a new set of tires. They also diagnosed a brake wear (frozen caliper ground one break pad down) problem, while they were putting the new tires on.

The gal that runs this place knows her stuff. She's got decent pricing for both services and products. She's a straight shooter, no nonsense business person who cuts to the chase and doesn't waste your time. The facility does other services besides just tires.

I called in a panic. Needing to leave in 45 min to take a truck full of kids to summer camp. They fixed the flat and got me back on the road in 30 min! So blessed to live in a town with good people and honest businesses!

Throughout the past 10 years, I have continued to return to Petaluma Tire Source because they are efficient, honest, and reliable. I recently found a screw in my tire and was looking to have the hole patched up. I had previously took it elsewhere because I no longer live in the Petaluma area and wanted to see if I could get the help I needed closer by. They told me that the screw was "too close to sidewall" and would need a whole new tire. I wasn't ready to jump and buy a new tire just yet and thought it would be best for a second opinion. I knew that if it was absolutely necessary to replace the tire, then a used tire would do just fine. Diane is quick, knowledgeable, and doesn't mess around. She immediately (as always) looked up my tire in her system and let me know she had a used one available. At tire source it's first come, first serve, so I hustled my way down to Petaluma and within a matter of minutes she had her technicians take a look at it and let me know that it indeed was patchable! I was out of there in less than 10 minutes! In the past 10 years, I've been to tire source about 4 times, and every single time it's the same experience; efficient and affordable. I have recommended them to friends and family over the years and will continue to do so. They are absolutely fantastic. I'm happy to know that my once small town that I grew up in, still has wonderful small businesses like this one.

Friendly, honest business with skilled technicians. I took my vehicle in for alignment and wheel grinding/rubbing noise. The technician took car for test-drive with me and found and repaired the issue and aligned the car to specs. I'm very happy with the service I received.
