A bit out of the way, but worth the trip for anyone who likes to thrift shop. It is well organized and the volunteers are especially friendly. Prices are fair if you are buying for yourself, no real steals if you are buying and reselling for profit. Nice selection of dishes and clothes and an occasional vintage find.

Great location friendly staff , and a Great cause for the cats which is amazing!!! 5 stars for that!! But for a thrift store to be honest very over priced. Some cool vintage stuff but not worth the prices. Lots of stuff but nothing in whole store caught my eyes but the cats lol. Dollar tree items for $2-4/each and broken items for $8. I would give away or toss most of stuff in backroom and start fresh, bargains there not. And work on better donations there small and local to Petaluma people should do a better job and donate to them then the greedy goodwills. Any cause for cats and animals should have more help. And the smell!!!! Love cats but allergies and nose were going crazy, if that effects you heads up. Couldn't spend more then 10mins inside. But Love the store site hope for nothing but a great future with minor changes.

Amazing store and the staff members are so sweet!!! And the sweet little pets in the back just make the store even better the kitties were adorable taking a nap and it made my day!!! There's such wide variety of items in the store and so many beautiful clothing and wonderful items even pet supplies!!! I highly recommend checking out the store and supporting them I can't wait till my next visit

Opened Sept 2021, bookstore with nice cats and kitties ready for adoption currently only open during the weekends 12-6pm believe or not inside the Petaluma High End Clothing Outlet no fees to check out the animals You can not approach the cats, they have to come to you Next door is their thrift shop which opens daily , except for Tuesday all volunteer run organization

This lady that works in the front counter seems to have a problem with people that don’t look like her she was staring the whole time we were in that thrift store horrible and uncomfortable!

I went to buy things and thought it was a charming store. I bought over a hundred dollars and the cashier offered to help me. She said to park behind and she would bring everything to my car. I was thankful. When I reached home, 2 hours away, I discovered items missing. They were left behind. No problem I would ask my friend to get them since he lives there. But this is when trouble began. They have no telephone in the store. I was finally able to get in touch with them after 2 days as they texted me back. They were so rude and told me the stuff was there’s coz they refunded me. I asked for a breakdown but they blocked me instantly. Such unprofessional people. There was no need for that. I will NEVER step foot in a store that lies and cheats people. .
