I recently had the opportunity to enroll my child in this exceptional infant daycare, and I am thrilled to share my positive experience. The caregivers at this daycare are truly exceptional. They possess a wealth of knowledge in early childhood development, and it is evident in the way they interact with the infants. Their nurturing and attentive approach create a safe and loving environment for the little ones to thrive. The facilities are top-notch, providing a clean and stimulating space for the infants to explore and learn. The age-appropriate toys and activities are thoughtfully chosen to promote their development. Communication is key, and the staff at this daycare excels in keeping parents informed about their child's daily activities, milestones, and any concerns that may arise. The dedication of the caregivers, the exceptional facilities, and the overall positive atmosphere make it a standout choice. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my child's early years.

My daughter started going this year in March. And she loves it. I love the facility and the teachers they are very nice, and caring. My daughter has learned a lot from there. She comes home happy. I would recommend this facility to some one.

My child was there for two years. This place has gone downhill the last few months. The turnover in teachers is incredible. Most of the teachers are good but they don't seem to last. They consistently close without much notice and you have to scramble to find childcare. The lack of communication and organization was a major issue.

I enrolled my son in KinderCare Petaluma when he was about 6 months old and have been consistently impressed with the facility and staff since day 1. The director and assistant director are hands-on and attentive, kind, and communicative. The teachers are incredibly warm, thoughtful, and engaging. My son is so happy at Kinder, and his development skyrocketed after being there only a few months. Of course Covid poses unique problems for the entire daycare system, but the staff at KinderCare have handled it beautifully. So happy we found this place!

I would like to say how amazingly caring and welcoming the staff teachers and director are at this school. Since the first time I reached out to the director to enroll my son, she was so helpful and so on top of everything got my son enrolled immediately. my son comes home everyday so happy and excited about his day. He learns so much he is talking more and more and brings home art that I love to hang up. I have to say my favorite thing is being able to see pictures of him everyday and the activities he does everyday. I get to be apart of him even when I am not with him. Overall teachers are very sweet and attentive. we love kindercare!

Our infant started at Kindercare when he was 3 months old. I was pregnant during the pandemic, so almost all of my communication with them was electronic as I was exploring potential child care options, which was pretty unusual. KinderCare made me feel as comfortable as possible with this, and allowed me to meet the teachers who would care for my baby (outside and with masks on) which greatly helped to put me at ease. The infant teachers are so caring, and the Director has been fantastic at responding to any questions or concerns we have had. They have an app which is pretty cool to know what is happening throughout the day, although I would love to see photos a bit more regularly, but I imagine it's probably hard for them to find the time throughout the day. They've clearly taken COVID precautions very seriously and other than an expected little cold, our baby has stayed very healthy. Our only complaints are those which I think we'd have at any larger childcare center, which is a) the high cost and b) with so many other kids in the room, his schedule can be pretty inconsistent compared to when he's at home and we're able to control the environment more. But overall we've had a very positive experience with KinderCare and would definitely recommend them!

After Zoom kindergarten at my daughter's public school in Novato proved to be a complete cluster F, I pulled her out after a few weeks and enrolled her at Kindercare Petaluma. It has long hours and affordable tuition. $340/wk for five 10hr days is less than half what I'd pay in Marin. Even though it was a 30min drive, it was worth it. My daughter had so much fun, learned to read, write, and behave in a classroom setting. It was a class size kept to only 12 kids due to COVID, so I'm not sure how a larger class size would have affected her learning, but the director Kristen is very attentive and responsive, so I have no doubt she would have addressed any issues. Her teacher Ms. Shelby always made time to answer my questions and my daughter loved the other staff there as well. I even recruited my friend from Marin to enroll her son there too. We both agree it saved our sanity to escape Zoom and to go to work trusting our kids were in good hands. My daughter aged out of Kindercare and just started public 1st grade. The teacher there said she is one of only 4 kids in her class of 23 who is at or above grade level academically. They're even talking about moving her to 2nd grade! That's all the proof I need that Kindercare was the right choice for us. The name sounds like a daycare and the marketing is super corporate, but this really felt like a small private school without the arrogance and price tag.

I wanted to use this place for my child care but after almost 10 calls and rescheduled appointments and lost emails on their part I lost hope. I finally got an appointment which both me and my husband took work off for and also got child care and they cancelled an hour before the appointment time. The reason was "a corporate meeting" shows the values of this place. If you're considering this place run for the hills! They can't even keep an email going much less have a child left in their care!

KinderCare is an amazing place for your little one! My son was not the easiest and yet every single lady in the facility took the time to make sure he was ok. Every child has they own box with their photo on it where they can leave their little blanket in. At the end of the day, the stuff will leave a summary of how the day went for you to take home! Even though my son cried a lot when I left i always had peace of mind because he always got a hug from someone to reassure him. Overall, I had a great experience there and I would recommended to all the parents.

I’ve been very happy with the care that all of the staff provide at Kindercare. They are always attentive and responsive to any concerns or problems I have ever had, which have been minimal. My daughter is always happy when I drop her off and pick her up! She really thrives in the social environment they have created with the other infants and adults in the classrooms. It’s awesome being able to receive updates about her throughout the day via the app.

We love Petaluma KinderCare! Teachers are very good and they really adapt to every kid's needs. Even in infant rooms, kids discover a lot of things: painting, playing with water, music... So many great ideas for stimulation and development! We also love the app they just set up, we are noticed all the day long (meals, naps...) and we receive pictures of activities they are doing!

Our 2 daughters are at Kindercare in the Infant and Preschool sections. We've been looking at a lot of places for them and we didn't find many places offering something that works for working parents... but Kindercare does. We've never regretted our choice. The teachers are very nice and take good care of the kids. Our bigger girl is attending the cooking class and the STEM class and she's enjoying both very much. The entire crew did their best during the recent power outage and while some teachers didn't have electricity or were sometimes evacuated, they still did their best for the kids.Unless you're looking for a place that closes at 3pm, Kindercare is a great school.

The Wal-Mart of childcare and I mean that in every bad way possible. This facility doesn't care about the Community or its members. Simply big business. My daughter had a routine dentist appointment this morning before day care. When we arrived to kindercare we were turned away at the door at 10am. We basically pay for childcare when it's convenient for Kindercare.
