The apartments are comfortable and clean. And I feel safe, There are lites and cameras all over the complex. This is about the Orange Tree Senior Apt’s in Oroville Cal.

I worked my whole life and was priced out of San Francisco, I retired at 68 and signed up with PEP Housing for low income Seniors 5 years ago. I was recently assigned an apartment at Kellgren Senior Apts. in Petaluma and love the location the great apartments as well as the PEP housing staff.
