Gloria and her team work so hard for me and my family. She has prepared our taxes for over 25 years, originally recommended to me by my uncle. As my family and my responsibilities have grown, so have my taxes. So grateful I have her to entrust them to.

Gloria and her staff are awesome. I used Gloria’s services 20 years ago or so, for several years, then went to work for a tax preparer myself, so no longer needed outside help. Well, my seasonal tax employer retired, so I came back to Gloria! She is here, working away, and I could not be happier about it!!

My parents have used Gloria for 10+ years for their taxes and over the last 5 years her prices have gone up and service seems to have gone down. I am in my 20's and only have a W-2 and investment account to file on. She has charged $50-$100 to file and that was with a discount of filing taxes early and with my parents. After realizing I could easily submit my own online for a quarter of that price (or free with CreditKarma) I stopped using her office. This review is based off of her record keeping and customer service. The last year I had Gloria submit for me was in 2018 for 2017 taxes. In February of 2018 I picked up my copy of taxes and paid for services rendered, however, someone seemed to drop the ball. I received in 2019 and 2020 an invoice to pay $100 for 2017's taxes which I not only had a bank statement from 2/20/2018 showing the $100 charge to Pearson but on my taxpayer copy "pd" was written stating it was paid. I mailed a copy of the taxpayer document to her office in 2019 and never heard back until this year when I saw another bill from them to which I called and emailed her office for an explanation on Monday. Her voicemail says she returns calls between 1pm-6pm so I left a voicemail at 10:30am requesting someone contact me to clear this up as well as an email stating I had documents proving the balance was paid in full as of 2018 and this had been going on for two years now. Yesterday I called the office, again, and relayed that I left a message the day prior as well as an email and never received a call between the hours listed and needed follow up from her office because their records are incorrect. Vicky called me back and apologized for the lack of follow up, it is tax season so they are crazy busy and Gloria has not seen my email yet because she has 63 emails and it is just a lot to go through. Regardless, I told her the billing needed to stop and they need to check their records because all of mind show payment. Vicky said she would look into it and call me back. 10 minutes after speaking to her she called me and said she pulled my file and the paid notice never got transferred over accordingly so she was sorry but I would be taken off of the billing list. It's concerning that a tax office cannot keep records to bill appropriately or follow up consistently. Gloria has done this before with my parent's taxes of billing them for services they had already paid for and in the end all you get is a "whoops, we will take you off the billing list". Before I was not returning due to pricing and now I just do not trust them. My only advice is if you think you paid them, double check your records because theirs are incorrect and if you can do them yourself do it.

I've used Gloria and her staff to prepare my taxes for the past 20 years. She does a fabulous job. At times, I am late getting my returns together but she and the team always come through. definitely 5 stars!

Hats off to Gloria and her team! Since 1991, Gloria has been my GO TO GAL for taxes, no matter where I lived. She knows her stuff and takes the time to help me understand, even tho' it all seems over my head. She is wildly funny, hugely caring & I believe no one could do a better job!

Gloria and this office have been handling my tax preparations for over 25 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and ENJOYS this work making it less of a painful process. She has as wicked sense of humor, and I highly recommend her business.
