Lovely showroom and staff person helped me choose a tile for my upcoming remodel. I took home sample to compare with others from local showrooms. My painter just showed up this last two weekends and house in total chaos. Was just starting to compare samples based on new paint color when I received a call from North Bay telling me to return sample so others can see.
They may want to think about ordering a couple extra samples as it is often a lengthy process for folks deciding on final product. No one else has rushed me and I certainly won’t be doing business with North Bay Kitchen in the future.
Sorry about the delay and I will be dropping off your one and only sample tomorrow:)

We stopped by to begin the process of a kitchen remodel. I walked in, I greeted the cute dog, thinking, oh I like this. There were 3-4 women at desks doing apparently critical tasks and never bothered to look up. Someone looked up when I asked about the dog’s name, she then stood up and reluctantly walked over. They must have as much business as they need. Went elsewhere.

My husband and I visited their showroom today and the only greeting we received was from their dog! What kind of business has a "ring bell for service" when they have employees just sitting around? Wouldn't you at least acknowledge customers who enter your showroom? We are taking our business elsewhere. Zero stars if it was an option.

Possibly good for small jobs but Dave is way over his head when tackling anything substantial. Very unresponsive which is obviously very unprofessional.Services: Remodeling

Should have read the reviews! Bought a floor model vanity. The salesperson, Jennifer was pleasant enough. For some reason I thought this was a high-end business with good customer service. The second after I made the purchase (non refundable) it was as if they lost all interest in me. I specifically asked that they wrap the vanity so that it wouldn't be damaged during delivery and also because I would be storing it in my garage for a month. I also asked salesperson to pick out some faucets for me within my budget. The next day when I called to let them know when I would pick up the vanity, I asked about the faucets. She said she hadn't had time to look at faucets for me. Okay, whatever, I will look myself. At that time, I reiterated that I wanted the vanity wrapped to protect it. She assured me that would happen. You know the end of the story: vanity arrived NOT wrapped. Somehow, I wasn't surprised, but I was angry. I called just to let them know and all they said was they thought I meant blankets for the move which they did not provide anyway, and "oh they also didn't have enough plastic wrap to cover the vanity". Really? All in all not a horror story like some but I'll still never go back, nor recommend them to family or friends.

I got what I needed. They have cute fixtures for the bathroom. The people working there allowed me to just browse and were available for questions. Didn't have my first choice item but I'm glad (it was much pricier). Second choice was great.

Great experience with Northbay Kitchen and Bath!! Couldn't be happier with our updated kitchen! We knew we wanted a new kitchen but we really didn't know where to start. Megan from the Northbay design team helped us each step of the way in the planning process and brought so many great ideas into the design of our kitchen. All of the elements of our kitchen tied together perfectly from the cabinets to the island to the fixtures. Our new Miele appliances that Dave the owner recommended are amazing and were worth spending a little extra to get. The install teams were great and involved us in the decision making throughout the process. Everything turned out perfect and we are extremely satisfied with the way our new kitchen turned out. Would highly recommend Northbay Kitchen & Bath. Thank you Dave, Catherine, and Megan!!!

I must say that my initial experience was rather poor, as I placed orders for blinds for my new home, and the person in charge of my order dropped the ball on several occasions. My order ended up being delayed by over 6 weeks and I was upset that I had to be chasing her to get updates instead of having her do her job. I had a long discussion with Michelle, the owner. She heard my frustrations and validated my concerns, and advised me that they would be working on fixing this in the future by hiring personnel who take their job more seriously and are more responsive. That means a lot to me. Mistakes happen, but taking ownership and responsibility and putting in the effort to make things better in the future is all I. An ask for. I will definitely be shipping their store again!

I live in the neighborhood a few blocks away from the store. My master bathroom has a huge heavy glass swinging door, that I could see (with my Senior Citizen Eyes) that the door wasn't hanging straight, and was beginning to scrape the wall when swinging it open and shut.I stopped by the store to see if they could refer me to someone who could fix this. The staff on hand was discussing where they might refer me, when the OWNER of Northbay, on his way out for the weekend, heard our discussion.He hopped in his car, came to my house, and personally fixed that door! And refused to take any fee for it. I did get a little scolding ("...if that door falls down, it'll kill you!"). To say I was grateful would be an understatement! It was like family taking care of family. Unheard of these days, and I never forgot it.Fast forward a few years, the door began to "sag" again, and I remembered my Safety Scolding. Still not knowing who I might call to fix it, I called Northbay again --- and as my good luck would have it, that same guy (the owner) hopped back into his car, came to my house, fixed the door, and again, would accept no fee for his expertise and work.Though I haven't yet engaged Northbay to do construction work in my home, you can bet your bottom dollar I wouldn't call anyone else in town! I want everyone to know that the head of this company demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, kindness, and integrity --- a guy running a company that you WANT working on your projects. He fixed me up not once, but twice. This kind of leadership will ALWAYS filter throughout an organization.Enough so that that I (a retired business executive) will unequivocally commend this company and tell everyone who will listen: This is an organization you should do business with!

Where do I begin? We came in to the showroom 12/2021 to order window coverings for our brand new build (which was going to be ready in March). The sales rep who helped us left the company, but no one told us. I followed up a couple weeks later and was told Catherine, who specializes in window coverings, will reach out. I have several emails from January on asking about follow up, measurements, etc but it was always me emailing her. She works part time and would always email at like 4:50 pm on and then leave an away message, so reaching her for one response would takes a few days and sometimes a week.Long story short, we had final formal measurements in mid Feb, but for some reason she placed orders March 11th, and even tho our build got pushed back a bit and we ended up moving in 4/2, we’ve been without window coverings for almost one month. I called and spoke with her several times and she always assured me all would be ready before move in, but obviously that was not the case. She kept sending me emails trying to sugar cost the situation (COVID19 this and that) and finally I got fed up and told her I did not want to work with her and asked to work with another rep. They kept telling me the materials would be ready ‘end of April’ with no actual date given. Mind you our master faces the East so every morning we’d be awakened at dawn with a bright light in our eyes, and there was no privacy in bathrooms or the bedrooms to change.I finally called today to speak with Dave because I felt that as the owner, he should know how his clients were mistreated and given the run around. Was told he was on a call and would call me back. 30 min later I get a call from their installer stating he’s ready to come out tomorrow and that the materials had been ready for a few days, but NO ONE reached out to me to tell me, even tho the balance was paid in February.I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. They do not follow up, act like they are doing you a favor simply by answering emails, and need to be micromanaged to get anything done. I’m so disappointed that he just didn’t pick up the phone to apologize for his teams shortcomings. I planned everything with plenty of time accounting for COVID19 delays. Catherine dropped the ball majorly. Horrible customer support and lack of follow Thru.

No communication with the owner at all. Tried a few times to set up a time to meet him to pick out stone but the times were always when I told Kristina I couldn't do it due to my husband and I working. Kristina no longer works there and. I one followed up with us to set up a time. I had to call and someone said they would give Dave the owner my number. Still no phone call. I guess we will take our business elsewhere where they want our money.
