We were treated very nicely great staff the only bad we were there from 1:30 till 7:pm little slow every one was very nice and did a great job I will recommend them to all my friends but pleas you need to try to be more faster at getting us out quickly to finish the deal every thing else was awesome

This dealership is why car salesmen have a certain reputation. In a word sleazy, don't honor offers, bait and switch tactics. I would never again waste my time with them, and you should look elsewhere if you value your time.

I purchased a truck from them on 4/4. It is now 6/12 and I called the DMV since it seemed odd that I had still not received my license plates. I found out that this dealership has not responded to a request from the DMV since 4/23 and that is what is holding up the process. Naturally I call the dealership on 6/6 to let them know of the problem, talked to the person in charge and they said they would call me back… no call back received. Called again on 6/10, left message with operator… no call back received. Called again on 6/11 and left details message with Jose in finance… no call back received. On 6/12 called again, disconnected, called again got transferred back to Jose, hung up called back to operator and asked for the owner or manager and explained situation again. Was promised a call back but that has not happened yet, not optimistic. I am now calling DMV investigations to report the issue as these folks cannot seem to get it together. They have successfully turned what was a just OK buying experience into a zero star review of what looks like a very poorly run business. Stay away from this place, any other dealer would be better.

Best dealership experience, maybe ever. I'm accustomed to being hustled by arogent con men at the service counter of dealers. This was not the case at all at Northbay. The service manager was relaxed and competent. He helped me get done what I came for and was very thorough in helping me diagnose a sound.

You have to give one star, otherwise it would be zero.
Don't go to NORTH BAY NISSAN if you pay attention, read contracts, take precautions, ask questions, consider yourself an intelligent consumer, and enjoy being treated with a modicum of respect when parting with a huge chunk of your hard-earned money, It will not go well for you.
In our quest to get my wife a used Chrysler Pacifica, we found one at NBN and the price was decent and they weren't forcing us to add a bunch of after-market dealer add-ons (the one positive thing in their favor). Then they found out we weren't financing, and suddenly things changed.
BOTTOM LINE: The folks at NORTH BAY NISSAN -- Jasper (salesperson), Dave, and Cesar (managers) and Assis (finance manager) pressured us repeatedly, lied to us, tried to trick us into signing inaccurate documents, misrepresented the car as "Certified" and having been through inspection and detailing (it hadn't), grumbled about us getting our mechanic to look it over (a legal right), unapologetically did not honor promises about pick up date, failed to call with updates, and treated my wife disrespectfully. We finally got the car nine full days after she paid for it. They did, with us making constant trips to the dealership to ask for updates, make the repairs.
It should have been a really exciting and wonderful occasion for us -- my wife getting the car of her dreams. But we were merely relieved that the trauma had ended. Even though we got the car we wanted at a decent price - the treatment we got made it the worst car-buying experience either of us has ever experienced.
There is good reason to believe the 96 (and counting) one-star reviews on YELP.
Read at least some of them.

The sales team - headed by Ryan Burton - could not have been more efficient or accommodating. They listened to my specifications and showed me two ideal vehicles. They fairly valued my trade-in car. I then chose my financing terms, and left with the perfect car for me. Jose Chavez was very supportive the next day when I questioned a finance line item and he fixed it immediately. I was very pleasantly surprised by both the sales experience and my new car. I 100% recommend North Bay Nissan for a car purchase!

I took my Rogue in for a lube-oil-filter change expecting the brakes would need to be serviced sometime soon. Today was that day. The service manager arranged the work on my car around others in the shop that minimized my wait. Well done!
