We were treated very nicely great staff the only bad we were there from 1:30 till 7:pm little slow every one was very nice and did a great job I will recommend them to all my friends but pleas you need to try to be more faster at getting us out quickly to finish the deal every thing else was awesome

Best dealership experience, maybe ever. I'm accustomed to being hustled by arogent con men at the service counter of dealers. This was not the case at all at Northbay. The service manager was relaxed and competent. He helped me get done what I came for and was very thorough in helping me diagnose a sound. A+
